i am 14/f 5'9" 136 lbs. how many calories should i eat a day to get to 130?

I typed in your age, height, weight with light activity and it says you need close to 1900? (Check out that site)

i dont think you need to you are very tall and many people several inches shorter than you are just fine with that weight, maybe try 1,000 that seems to be a populuar amount

is a good amount of calories to eat, when you are losing weight.
Also try eating foods with carbs that are less than 20.
