yes! go to mypyramid.gov. click on my pyramid tracker, then scroll down and click new user registration. after you have signed up for the prgram you can go to asses your food intake and asses you physical activity. the rest is self explanitory. this site tells you what you havent gotten enough of or too much of and what you need to do to fix it
