if you are wanting to lose weight, is it good to have canteloup and a peach for breakfast, or is that too much sugar?

That's just going to make you more hungry later. You need to eat something that actually fills you and keeps your blood sugar steady. Eggs and oatmeal are a perfect combination.

You should probably pick either or. Fruit sugar is not the same thing as regular sugar though. Try having a canteloup/peach [you can have one one day & then have the other the next] & pick something else. Cereal or oatmeal would be good options.

-hope that helped!♥

Fruit is always good for you, it's the good kind of sugar.
