What do you think should be the curfew for a 15 year old girl? I'm asking this because I'm going to the movies with my guy friend and my parents want me home at 10pm. I'm a very trustworthy person and I WON'T have sex with him, that's for sure. He's only a friend. I'm kinda pissed about this because I want to stay out later, but they're strict & say only 10pm. I know I'm lucky because some kids can't even go out with friends yet. But, what do you guys think? Thanks.
10 sounds good! But if you get home ontime this time or early, and you are good, and no problems, ect, then maybe next time you can stay out 15 or 30 min. longer! or if they dont say that you can, maybe you can ask, and say how good you were the last time!!

I am a 25 year old female with a huge life decision to make.I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years now. And i love him with all my heart, he's pretty close to being perfect. Hes kind, caring, smart, athletic, he's the whole package. And of chorse im not satisfied. My problem is, i still have a crush on my high school crush...i know it sounds silly because high school was 8 years ago for me, but yes there has not been a single day since high school where i have not thought about him in some way. After high school we kept in touch at college for about a year, and after that we kinda lost touch. But that didnt stop me from thinking about him all the time. I always compared every guy to him, and every guy i dated i always told myself if "Bob" (my high school crush) were to ever come to me and say he wanted to be with me i would breakup with whomever i was with and date him. About 2 and a half years ago me and "bob" found each other again. We began talking again, it was like we never lost touch, we picked up where we left off. The problem was that i had a boyfriend whom i really care about and love. "bob" on the other hand was single. And since i already believe that him and i are soulmates i thought that was a sign, because he is so gorgous that him being single wasn't bound to last long. Just like high school every female that lays eyes on him instantly is drawn to him. I have opted not to tell him my feelings because of my boyfriend. Him and i still talk on occassion, and maybe once or twice a year we hang out and catch up on "life". I have found out from sources that he too once had a crush on me in high school. And when we do see one another he always asks if i still have a boyfriend and when he finds out i do, he asks if im happy, and if i see a future with me and my boyfriend. He has been in and out of a few relationships, but i know the time is going to come soon when he thinks he has found the person he wantst to spend the rest of his life with, and when that happens i would have lost my chance to tell him anything forever. And this just kills me because i want him so badly. I want to be able to tell him everything on my mind. I want to tell him that i love him...yes i do love him, but i cant tell him that cause its not fair to my boyfriend. But at the same time this is just killing me inside. All i want to do is just get everything out in the open so i can have a sense of relief. Im curious how he would respond to my feelings. i truely believe he is my soulmate, i have always been drawn to him. i believe he is the person im suppose to marry. Whenever i have dreams of him (which are often) i try to hurry and go back to sleep just so i can be with him. What do you suggest? am i crazy? is this jsut a silly crush?...well i dont think its just a crush because the crush evolved to me loving him....and you see the reason wny i never told my crush my feelings when i was single was because i am really shy, and i thought that he was too perfect for me and that he could have any girl he wanted so why would he choose me....and i use to push him away big time a few years back because i was affraid of my feelings for him, and i was affraid of getting hurt if i told him. But now i feel an almost need to tell him my feelings just so i can get on with my life. What do i do? please suggest....
go and at least talk to the one from HS, I mean, if you have been thinking about him ever day, then you have to go and see him! because if you go with the other guy then you will still be wondering about HS-dude. You can go and visit the HS-dude as a friend. and just ask him if he still has feelings.

I'm writing an essay on who inspires me and I'm doing my grandma when i said "grandma" in the essay would it be capital? For example My grandma...Captil or not?
if you are using "Grandma" as her name, then yes. But if you are going to call her by her name, lets say, Nina. The saying "My grandma, Nina, inspires me."
But if you were to say
"My Grandma inspires me."

I think that you dont know for sure if that is how he is going to react. maybe he wants to go because the setting of the movie is interesting, or because he thinks that you would like it.
Just go with the flow, and tackel the problems as the present themselves, life is too short to spend time worring! just be happy that you get to go to the movies! I havent seen my boyfriend in a month, and in less than a year he is leaving for college. so, just feel blessed that you two get to be together and see eachother, and look foward to a great night that you two can spend together!

Well, I adore singing.. to me.. it's a way of life. I do it 24-7.
I don't really know if I could ever do it infront of anyone other than myself! I'm so affraid that I will mess up, or people will hate my voice. Personally? I love my voice... but they always say, "Sometimes, you hear what you want to hear, not what is heard by others." I don't know what to do. In a few months.. I'll be moving to Tennessee to live with my Father. He says that Nashville is a land of opertunity for me. (he and my step-mother are the only ones I've ever sang infront of) Well, my Step-Mother, is persuing her singing career. And I'm SO happy for her. She has the prettiest voice.. EVER I'm not sure what to do..
Anyone have good advice for me?

yes, that is perfectly normal! Dont worry! I got my period when I was in the 5th grade! And I did't get brests until later. I am in 10th grade now, and I have developed a chest, but there are some girls in my grade who have smaller and larger chests than me. And there are also girls who do not have their periods yet. And there are girls who got theirs in the 4th grade. Don't worry about it. Espically because there are only 5 girls in your class, you will not see many other girls, then you will noatice things more too, but you wont really get to compare yourself or others.

okay well i wanna repaint my room. i have a purple rug and a purple comforter and i want to add green in there. oh and i have purple curtains..and a purple lamp..but then i have a purple and green picture frame and then a green picture frame. so i want my room more green. like a light lime green. what are some like patterns i could do to my walls. they have like a top and a bottom. like theres a divider in there..if you know what i mean. so like i could put one color on top and another on bottom..help pleaseee. sorry about the length
Its always dark on bottom, and light on top. Either a darker purple on the bottm then white "chair-rail" then lighter green, or darker grenn then a white "chair rail" then a lighter purple

*I am 13/f, i am around 5 ft. 4 inches and i weigh 102 pounds, I always feel like i am overweight-am I?
*Do any guys like red hair? I have naturally red hair (kind of strawberry blonde...and kind of auburn?..) and i've tried dying it, but the red always comes through. Do you think red heads are ugly? or... what do you think? also... do you think long hair or short hair is better?
*I have fair skin, and i really don't tan, if i do, its really little, and i have tried a bunch of fake tanning crap-but that's all it looks like is fake! Do you find fair skin unnatractive?

3-there is nothing wrong with fair skin! try to use Jergens Natural Glow, it works great!, if you want a simple tan
4-Usually you are holding eachother, around the neck or waist. maybe playing with eachotehrs hair or something! and there is nothing wrong with not having your first kiss yet.
