Ok i have a few questions:
*I am 13/f, i am around 5 ft. 4 inches and i weigh 102 pounds, I always feel like i am overweight-am I?
*Do any guys like red hair? I have naturally red hair (kind of strawberry blonde...and kind of auburn?..) and i've tried dying it, but the red always comes through. Do you think red heads are ugly? or... what do you think? also... do you think long hair or short hair is better?
*I have fair skin, and i really don't tan, if i do, its really little, and i have tried a bunch of fake tanning crap-but that's all it looks like is fake! Do you find fair skin unnatractive?
*One last question: I haven't had my first kiss yet, and I have no idea what to do, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna happen soon! What are some things you like that people do when you're kissing?

Yeah a lot of guys like red hair!!Strawberry blonde is my favorite color in red hair:) its so pretty!Also maybe,try going honey blonde,or even light brown is perfect for fair skin and your features.
I like medium hair :).Also,if your hair isnt extreamly short or anything,ask a trusted hair dresser to add layers,no shorter than the bottom of your ear,to make it appear thicker

Personally,i have fair to a really light beige through out the year..unless its summer..when im really tan.But to get a nice tan through out the year i always use this lotion that brings out natral glow and tans your skin.Its called "Jergans" or something like that.Find a lotion that is like that :). It doesnt look fake at all. You could also try Neutrgina's Acne Medicated Moisturizing Tint..i think thats what its called XD im pretty sure,i use it,get it about two shades or 1 darker of what you really are.Works great!

I'll answer in order
1- You are underweight by a few pounds.
2- Guys love red heads. Red heads are almost as attractive as blondes (In a guy's opinion) But I think they are even prettier than blondes and brunettes together. You're lucky to be a red head. Don't ever try to dye your hair again, I will hunt you down and dye it back to your natural color.
3- Fair skin is beautiful. Don't try to tan, it will just look fake with your red hair.
4- Kissing just comes naturally. Just go slow, don't rush into it. Start out with baby kisses (pecks on the lips) and then work your way into the french kiss. It should come easily to you, but if you're confused, just massage your tongue on his. Don't keep your tongue in the guy's mouth the entire time, keep pulling away for a second and then start again.

*You are 13/f and you're 5'4 and 102 pounds??!! thats very skinny actually you're not over weight at all! and dont worry about being over weight because guys like meat they dont like bone! and you're going to gain weight for the next 5 or 6 years because your going to go through puberty!
*There are guys who like red hair yes. I do not think red heads are ugly because 2 of my sisters have red hair and i think they are beautiful and hunny dont worry about red heads being an ugly hair color because its not red hair is actually coming into the style department. I think that longer hair for red heads is better.
* I dont think that fair skin is unattractive no. but I would use natural glow by jergens which you can find at pretty much any drug store and it is very cheap and works well but make sure you get the right skin tone color.
*ok so your going to get your first kiss soon so what i did when i had my first kiss is put your hands on the guys waist and there's really nothing else to it besides just kiss. like the movies.

1-NO WAY! ARE YOU CRAZY!!! You are difinately not over weight! maybe you feel bloated on your period
2- I this that red hair is adorable! :)
3-there is nothing wrong with fair skin! try to use Jergens Natural Glow, it works great!, if you want a simple tan
4-Usually you are holding eachother, around the neck or waist. maybe playing with eachotehrs hair or something! and there is nothing wrong with not having your first kiss yet.

Well, you aren't even close to being overweight. I am the same height as you and I weight about 50 pounds more and I'm not really considered overweight, so you definitely are not.
Secondly, I think red hair is very attractive. Many women wish they had red/auburn hair. How can you tell this...because that color dye is very, very popular. It might darken or change as you get older, but then you might wish it was back to the way it is now.
Fair skin usually comes with reddish hair. Be glad. Take care of that skin and you will probably always look younger than your friends. This seems like a problem now, but when you have smooth healthy skin at 60- you'll be glad. (I'm also fair skinned myself, but I do lots of outdoor activities and I am in a committed relationship, so that should tell you that there are people who like fair skin.)
Lastly, take your time with the first kiss. When it happens, it happens. You might just open your mouth a little and see what your partner does. If you want to take the lead, you might gently trace their bottom lip with your tongue (with your mouths close together). It might be a little spitty and a little strange at first (first kisses almost always are), but if you are with someone you like and you can talk to- you will both get it figured out.
