Hii! okay well i am on a diet and ive only been drinking water and 2% milk but are there any other drinks out there that are okay for me to drink besides like diet pop (under 80 calories and 10g of sugar per 8 oz.)

How can i remember to take my medicine every night?!
I have to take it every 12 hours and i take it around 7 am before school so i guess i'd have to take it around 7 pm nightly. What can I do to help me remember to take it at night? I have a fine time remembering to take it with my other med. in the morning. Help me!

Put a few post its around for awhile.
And get to bracelets, put it on the hand you write with (Im a righty) And then when your done taking your first medicine, but it on your other hand (Since ima righty id put it on my left)thats what helped me, and i did it for 30 days.
It takes 30 days to make a habit.

Hello, my name is Bill, and I'm a 15 year old male. At my school there is a girl I like, named Courtney. I have known Courtney for a few years, and last year I started having more feelings for her. I told her I liked her, but she wasn't sure of her feelings, some people said she liked me and some people said she didn't, so I was very confused. What made it worse was Courtney and I had a fun relationship, she was really funny and was probably the best friend I had that was a girl. When she found out I liked her, she didn't feel as comfortable around me, and we didn't talk very much. Well over the summer I didn't see her much and I lost some of the feelings I had for her, but I still liked her a little bit. When we came back to school, she talked to me normally again, she was more comfortable around me and we talked a lot. I know her family and they know me, and they are very nice people. We still talk a lot and hang out, but usually in a group environment. In the past month I have started to like her very much again, but I haven't told her for fear of what happened last year will happen again. People tell me that last year was different and that she is different now. Others still tell me that she isn't sure who she likes. I know her very well and I don't want to lose my relationship with her again, but I really like her and I just want to tell her. She is a very amazing person, and I not only like her for her looks (though she is very beautiful), but I love her personality. Every time I see her I just can't help smiling. awh, you seem amazingly awsome.
I'd say wait out for a dance or something (My school has dances alot) I'd ask to take her if i were you.
But for now, Id go with being her friend, some times girls when they spend enough time to with a guy, they start to like them..that may probably happen. I wouldnt tell her quite yet, stay friends forawhile.

My cheast is different sizes,my right breast is bigger then my left and that makes me self-cautious, i cant wear low cut shirts, or a swimming suit without putting a pading in my left breast wich makes it uncomftreble and doesnt look right.I wanna be confident about my body. I saw a doctor and she said u cant do anything about it, only plastic surgery.But i wanna change my chest somehow, is there any lotion that i can rub on it, or any pills that can help me?I dont know what to do.Please help.

i have really sweaty hands. it is super embarrasing! i don't even need to be doing anything, i just automatically get it. i can't hold hands with anyone, or by chance, even touch them because it's super gross! i don't want to go to the doctor or anything, but does anyone have any ideas? thanks!! I'll be blunt and honest with you.
Change it, if your 21, im sure your still young enough to get yourself up off your butt, and change how you work. Exercizes, make you happier. Healthier meals make for better moods. Change it, dont "ignore" and just not let it affect you. YOUR 21, you can go and exercize, and everything.
Im 100% sure, if you change what bothers you, you will improve alot of things about your happiness and love life.

I got sick yesterday morning, and i stayed home from school today because of it. I have a really bad scratchy sore throat. Like those ones where you constantly have to cough and your throat feels dry and scratchy. Have lots of water, get a good night sleep.
And lay down alot, gargle (sp?) with salt water ( but table salt in the water) Make sure you take all your medicine (if you leave in the US zicam i thinks that how you spell it, works wonders) and dont be overly active. GET WELL fast

OK i go to bed at 10 and get up at 6:20, which is the average ammt of sleep needed for a 14 year old girl. But somehow, i am always so tired and have huge bags under my eyes. What could that be from? I dont do any activity before i go to bed and i dont have caffeine/sugar. Any ideas?

I didnt do the math, sorry. Im not much of a math person but i do know, your body may need more then "average amount" of sleep? You know, beacause im like that to, so maybe try going to sleep earlier. Beacause im 13, and i go to sleep at (usally) at 10 and i need to be up by 5:30. But i need to try out new bedtimes.. beacause mines not working, im always sleepy too. So i suggest maybe giving yourself another half hour see if that makes a difference, then if you dont go back to 9. bedtime, and wakeup times suck.

okay well i met this guy like .. 2 months ago .. well i had been VERY hurt before & to b perfectly honest.. i didnt have much interest in this kid i was mad & wanted to leev my house so i told em to come get me liddle did i kno wat was happening.. well we ended up hittin it off we were perfect for eachother.. weird eh? .. well we ended up kissing & it just all felt right.. well still i was worried of my image at school cuz it was liek a complete random hook up & wat not.. well we ended up gettin together.. & all was GREAT i loved being with him & he always said the right things & wat not well one night to much liquior & sweet talkin led to sex.. i was SO SO SO scared to open up like i HAD A HUGE TALK with him the night before & hes liek u gota trust me babe im different i promise.. & i bought it all well next day.. we broke up i culdnt figure it out he swore he stillw anted to b with me he juss needed to think i culdnt figure out wat i did that was oh so wrong but i dont kno.. well he invited me over that night nothin reallty changed we still kissed & stuff.. school eh okay i guess kinda embaressed but okay i guess well we spent the next month off & on till i got so fed up with i ignored him more & more then one random night he came back & told me he wanted to b together & he was really sorry bout it here we go again all up hill.. he called em everynight & called me baby & there i was fallen again.. & i was so ready to be his.. well i went to his house a few days later.. & he told me he was in love with me i didnt say anything i thought he was jokin but i juss sat there so he walked off then no lie 5 minutes later & he told em he didnt like me at all.. so there i was cryin hurt cunfused & it didnt get much better a few calls & kisses still back to the start,, well then it got good again sorta.. we were supposed to hang out & i was so totally happy all day a HUGE smile ! well then he text me & said dotn ever talk to me again... & supposevly one of my guy friends said i promised i wuldnt talkt o him & now he wont talk to me & he said "i want nothin between us juss friends i cant deal with you" so i spent the entire night cryin i didnt go to school i culdnt face him i cant let go im stuck i have no idea wat im doing so wrong && i love him alot .. i really do it sounds dumb but i do & he was juss in a long relationship & the girl broke his heart so i feel terrible liek i cant amount to her i wana juss show him i love him & i wana b okay.. but i cant.. & i kno he'll coem back but i cant do it again & he leaves at the end of the year .. so im screwed i just wish i never met him.. im sorry this is long but i need someone out there to help me.. & sayin "get ocver it" wont work ive tried so so so hard.. i love him i need something better.. thanx....... You're right. You're not just going to get over him cuz you say so. You love him and you want to be with him, but he doesn't love you, he may say so, but he's not telling the truth. If he loved you, he wouldn't jerk you around like this. It's not fair for you to love him so much, and for him to take advantage of that everytome he's lonely. He;s using you, and as much as i hate to say it (and you probably hate hearing it), you do need to get over it. There are other guys, better guys out there, who will treat you right, but if you keep getting back with Mr. Wrong, you'll never find them.

The guy that I like is about 25 pounds overweight and isnt athetlic at all. I asked him if he wanted to play tennis with me because I have been taking lessons. The whole time we played he critized me, saying mean things like "your stamina is terrible", what kind of lessons have you been taking", and " I thought you would have been way better". He was really upsetting me so finally I said that I was still learning and to give me a break. The thing was that he was a lot worse than me, and I was trying to say nice things to encourage me.
A couple days later he told me that he thought I should lose 15 pounds. I am average, not fat. He is way more overweight than me and I have never said anything to him because I know it would just hurt him. My feelings were very hurt with all his negativity. Should I move on? (link)

I think you should move on. You take so much care to be encouraging and make sure you don't put him down. You respect him, but he doesn't respect you, and that's not fair. If he can't respect you, he can't be with you.

Well I'm 13 and a female. My friend told me that my bestfriend has said bad things about me behind my back. We've been best friends for 4 years. My best friend and I had this huge fight about talking behind each other behind our backs. Her cousin told me that she didn't say anything about me behind my back and said, "why wouldn't you believe your best friend". Well it's true but my friend told me this real bad family secret of hers so I thought if she can trust me this I'll trust her about the best friend thing. Then I tried sorting out things with my best friend but I don't think she really doesn't want too. But the thing is I don't know if I want to either now. I don't know what to do? Give your best friend the benefit of the doubt. It sounds like she trusts you completely, so have a little faith in her too! In Middle School, you always hear rumors about what people are saying about you, but it doesn't mean they're all true. Try and work things out with her, if you were really that close, you don't want to lose a friendship that great.

Talk to your friend about it! Sure, it can be a pain liking the same guy, and you may feel competitive towards each other, but don't let it get in the way of your friendship. No guy is worth that! But it's fun sometimes to like the same guy as your friend, you can talk about him all the time, and OF COURSE, she'll agree!
