ok well i had posted a question on here earlier about how my friend liked this one guy named miguel..well the thing is that he asked me out but i said no still thinking of her feelings but after long talks with people they convinced me that even if i did stay away from him he wasent gonna go out with her anyways so might as well be happy and go out with him but i think i fucked up bcuz i said no the first 2 times he asked...and now IIIIIIIII wanna go with him=/
how can i get him to ask me again?? i know he still likes me because he kissed me yesterday out of nowhere and he told his girl bestfriend too!...so how would i get him to get the courage to ask me again and please please dont tell me to ask him out because thats is not happening! lolthanks

If you don't want to directly ask him out yourself (which may not be a bad idea actually since you know he does like you and is unlikely tosay no anyway) then another option you have might be to hint that you do like him and you would go out with him when you are both chatting on IM, phone or in person.
That really seems the only real way you might get him to ask you again without actually doing it yourself. The more slightly direct option without actually asking him out yourself would be to tell him why you said no the last two times but you realised that he just isn't interested in this other girl anyway and that if he did ask you again you would probably say yes this time. Should do it I think but it's a more direct approach soam not sure if you want to be that direct.
Do bare in mind though that he may not wait around forever. If you've told him no twice already he may just get the hint that you're not interested and decide to look elsewhere. Good luck though and if he does ask you again, good luck to you both. :]

okay, so im hollisterlover09. and if you didnt know, i tore my ACL back in june, but had surgery two months later. iv been released since feb.15th.. and iv been doing gymnastics since then. well yesterday i went running to get into shape for basketball this summer. and after my hamstring hurt really bad, i thought it was b/c i hadnt ran in a long time like that. so tonight i went to gymnastics and need a back handspring, it was fine, then did another one and my knee hurt. so now when i straighten it, i have this pain like on the outside of my knee towards the top. its numb when i touch it and my hamstring hurts to.
so i was wondering, could i of torn my ACL again?. cause i know if you jump, and land with your knees straight, something will happen, but i didnt land with my knees straight.
or could i of just like pulled something from yesterday?.. please help ASAP..

My guess would be that since you had not done these exercises in a while (and put this kind of stress on these muscles and joints) it may be what is causing the pain as you do need to get into this kind of thing gradually especially after an accident and not having done it in a while.
However, I would strongly advise that you seek advice from your doctor about this. He will be able to advise you on a more professional level as well as give you advise on how fast you should be getting back into this routine of yours.

Ah how I remember my first kiss. :] Was the same circumstances as yours actually - my gf at the time had kissed before and I hadn't so she had made the first move.
For the type of kiss its best to just see what happens when you both actually kiss. If it's just a lip lock then it's a good start and if it goes further than that (with tongues) then it'll just happen. You can pretty much put your hands wherever you want or where they feel comfortable, or better yet hold his hand? I think that would actually be pretty romantic.
When it comes to making the first move just use inititive. When you feel the time is right then just slowly move in (if he looks like he is going to panic just reassure him softly) and lightly kiss him on the lips. He may not even react (because he doesn't know how to) but it will be an ice breaker and a start. After which you can kiss again staraight after and see if he reacts to it.

Hi, lately I've been the opposite of insomnia. Meaning I won't and can't wake up. Like, I will wake up and be wide awake, but when I start to move, or sit up I fall back asleep. I haveal tried everything I can think of: going to sleep earlier, not eating late, thinking of things, excersizing before bed, sleeping with no electronics on (t.v., lights, etc.), and the opposite of all of those things. What else can I do?
ps. I have been almost late for school 3 times now!
Stress can have an effect like this on your sleeping. I had gone through a phase of the same thing where I would end up being asleep for most of the day andcouldn't understand why. I think the best thing you an do is try speaking to your doctor as it might be a sleeping disorder of some kind or at the very least your doctor may be able to suggest a few things that could help.

There's this guy, Jack. He's friends with a lot of my camp friends, and I've started talking to him online. He's really great, but I haven't met him in person yet. I want to, but we live like, half an hour away. And the camp friends that he knows aren't greattt friends of mine, and I don't really see them a lot. However, I think if I could get invited to one of their places I'd meet him, cause he's constantly with them.
So any ideas on how to get myself invited?

I'm not really sure how you would go about getting yourself invited unless you brought it up in conversation with him and then hope to get invited by him. It may not even happen as he may think it's a bit too sudden to just invite you but eventually he may do - it may just be a matter of you waiting and being patient.
I would like to make one point though. Although the internet can be filled with a lot of older perverts who target young individuals this is a very narrow way to look at things. It doesn't take a 40 year old man to lie or be something he isn't. Anyone is capable of lying be it a 13 year old or a 40 year old and both are equally capable of causing harm so I will say to be careful when you do go and to ensure that someone knows where you are and you agree on timeframe to check in with them just to say you're okay.

You had said hedoesn't give you a chance and I had just wanted to add sometimes you have to make your own chances. :) If he really is busy with people around him all the time just ask him politely if you can have a word with him alone for a minute. Then you can ask invite him. Just so it isn't awkward you may want to do this whist he is around teachers instead of a load of his friends.
As for keeping in touch just say you want to keep in touch and go from there, I'm sure you both can come to a way to make that happen but as for him not writing back to you - it's all about give and take. If you make the effort and he just doesn't bother then that will be his loss and not yours. Same goes for you asking to talk to him so you can invite him out with your friends. If you made the effort to go talk to him the least he can do is listen to what you have to say.

for one of my classes, i need to make a short movie. but the problem is, i dont have a camcorder or nething like that. is there nething inexpensive to use? if there isnt, what do you suggest neways?

Does the school not have a camcorder that you and the students are able to use for the project? It may be worth asking your teacher if you don't actually have one that you are able to use.
Another option might be to ask other family members to see if anyone has one lying around that you can use. Failing this you mayneed to invest in purchasing just a cheap camcorder that you can use or find a place that willhire one out to you.
Generally if you use an 8mm camcorder you shouldn't have much problems with converting the recording onto a VCR tape (hook the camcorder to a TV and video and then you play the 8mm film on the camcorder whilst hitting record on the VCR).
Alternatively, using a digital camcorder (or at least a camcorder that will allow you to import video to your PC) you can import the recording onto a PC for editing and then transfering it onto a VCR tape afterwards. An example of this can be seen at http://www.bolt.com/hell-knight/video/FX_Test/1074124 where I made a recording on a digital camcorder which was imported onto my PC, edited and then transfer to VCR or a DVD (or, in this case, to Bolt).

My best guess is that if this is a full movie converted to flash it would be pretty large in size and the player seems to want to load/buffer a large portion of it before playing it. This can be anything from a few hundred megs which is why it may have been still loading an hourlater or why the loading froze/crashed.
I can't really recommend any system changes as there may not be any changes that will make a difference other than trying SWF capture software. This is software that will detect any flash movies playing/loading in your browser window and will give you the option to download the flash file to your computer. Bare in mind though that if you opt to do this the fileyou download will be in swf format and you will need a flash movie player to view it.

my friend got caught for shop lifting while we were with her she was on camera, me and my friend steph didnt want to stop her or say anything because of her family problems, (her dad died) THe police caught her and searched stephs bag at the time but no mine, they let us go while they took ashley to the shop to return thwe things shes stolen. Ashley told her mum that we were with her and did it aswell, i spoke to her mu and told her we didnt but she said u must have ashley wouldnt of done it on her own, and asked for mine and stephs phone numbers! she phoned both our parents it all ended in a big mess and stephs house, Ashleys mum said steph and i have done something, and will not get away with it! mine and stephs parents kind of believe we havnt stolen, but dont trust us as much anymore and say we should of stopped her. Ashleys mum has given our names forward to the police even though at the time they said we can go, so im not sure wether the police will come knocking at my door at anytime im so so scared and feel really bad, i feel as though i have nothing to live for and my live has ended! i no to tell the truth but what else help! ?

Firstly, don't worry yourself at all, you've nothing to be afraid of at all. The police would only have let you go if they knew you had done nothing wrong. Chances are security saw your friend shoplifting and then when she left the store they notified the police who then picked her up (you can only be busted for shoplifting if you physically walk out of the store with the items without paying).
Granted that maybe you and Steph should have tried to talk some sense into Ashley but neither of you forced her to steal anything so the only one to blame is her, not you or your friend.
I wouldn't really worry at all because it's unlikely the police would visit at all even if Ashleys mom gave yours and Stephs numbers to them. Ashley was the one caught on CCTV and was the one found in possession. If the police or the store thought you and Steph had been shoplifting too they'd have searched you both as well. On the chance the police do pay you a visit just tell them the truth about what happened and it will all be over after that.
Just try not to worry yourself. :)

My frieds have always said to me that i am great at giving advice, and i agree, i think i am pritty good. So for the past 4months i have been searching the for a website where i can have my own advice column. I fond Advicenators and DearCupid. They are both great, but i just want a site where people will only ask me for advice. I have a freewebs thing and didnt work out as i had hoped because no one had emailed me with any of their problems and no one looked at my site.
I have answered lots and lots and lots of questions on advinators but still no one as a question (like, just for me to answer). I would quite like myself to be a columnist and have my own website where people can just ask me for advice and it to be an advice column.

I know exactly what you mean and I had also at one time started up an advice site/forums where people could ask for advice but truth be told these sites do take a lot of time to really take on as well as a lot of dedication and work.
For starters if you are seriously looking into doing this then first and foremost I would suggest not going with any free webservers. These look cheap and quite unprofessional and would make a person think twice about asking for help (when compared to somewhere like here which has a very professional look). Also, you will need a domain name you can use which will reflect what your site is about. Once those initial bits are out of the way you can work on putting the site together and then letting as many people know about it as you can (search engines, ads, word of mouth, msn, etc).
You must however bare in mind that you may even come across a few questions you are just unable to answer (which is where this site comes in very handy because with so many advisors thereis bound to be someone here who can assist). Then there is also the volume of the responses you recieve. You may find all of a sudden you are swamped with questions which could be a problem (another thing that is avoided on a site such as this).
I hope you manage to get your own site up and running but there is a lot of things you will need to consider and keep in mind (including bandwidth costs) which can be the biggest killer on the pocket. I hope I've been able to give you a small starting point but if you need any further details of help just give me a shout. And good luck. :)

As far as I know there are no web sites, as such, where you can download free music that has recently been released. There are P2P programs (such as Limewire) out there which you can use to download tracks off of other people but note that if you choose to do this, any tracks you download which are copyright protected would be illegal (although it doesn't seem to stop many people).
An alternative is this web site:

OK so when i download windows movie maker and try to put music on it, it doesnt work, i get it from my itunes library. How can i make it to work?
The only possibilities I can think of here are:
1) The tracks you are using are not compatable with windows movie maker.
2) The tracks might be protected which may be preventing you from using them in movie maker
3) You need to update your windows movie maker.
Windows Movie Maker can be very unstable (especially the verson that came with the initial Windows XP release) and so you may want to try and see if there are any updates for it. If there are no updates then the only things I can think of that might be the problem are those in 1 and 2.
Without more information on the errors you are getting I cannot give you more detailed help.

Head and Blowjob are both slang words and mean the exact same thing so there is no difference between the two. :)
As for getting AIDS (or HIV, the virus that causes AIDS), I think I will just quote something I read elsewhere for you as it will be easier...

Although the guy may insist that it feels better without a condom it is also the girls responsibility to ensure she is protected or he takes a hike. :) Also, just as a sidenote, if you find the taste of condoms to be nasty (I've heard they can be very nasty) then I suggest the use of flavoured condoms which may be all that much better.

i was trying to find i get carried away by george strait on myspace, but i couldn't find it. so i search for it on yahoo. i got it, but it's in WAV form. is there some kind of downloadable program to convert this to MP3? i was gonna put the song in my own music site, but it has to be in mp3 form. so, yea. if there's no free program, can somebody give me a site i can probably get it from? you don't have to search it for me, i can do that, but just the site that might possibly have it.

There's a number of conversion programs you can use to do this conversion (I personally use a program called Acoustica's MP3 To Wav Converter Plus. It will convert almost any audio file to any audio file type but I think the program is not free.
I suggest you try www.downloads.com and pop in 'wav to mp3' in the search field. It will give you a list of all the programs you can use and will tell you which are trial versions and which are freeware.
Another option (not sure how reliable this will be though) is to use the following site:

When it's loaded up ensure you click on 'File' in Step 1 and then you can upload the file you want to convert to the site and then carry on to step 2. I have not used this site to convert audio files so I am uncertain how well it works.

Ok..the past month i have not hung out with any of my friends. I used to hang out with them every weekend. Like we would have bonfires..go out to eat..go to the movies. But now all of my friends have serious boyfriends. Im talking to a guy but i dont want anything serious with him. I want to hang out with my friends again. Any advice on this?
Jeeze do I know exactly how you feel. This is the exact situation with me every few months or so when all of my friends suddenly get themseles girlfriends. No more meeting up, going out or anything.
Firstly, this guy that you are hanging out with - if you feel he is trying to push things beyond friendship or is hoping/hinting he wants more then you could always say to him that you are not after a boyfriend or anything like that This way he will know exactly where he stands and there won't be any problems when you both hang out.
I think one thing you might be able to do is give all your friends a call and try to arrange a night out, just the girls. You could tell them all it's been a while since you've all been out as a group and it would be nice for everyone to see everyone and chat about things and catch up on stuff. From there you could suggest it be something you all do every once in a while so you all don't lose touch or maybe even tell them how you miss them all and going out with them all.
I'm afraid this is one of the downsides to when all friends get a boyfriend/girlfriend. It's just one of those things that happens and can be okay if you manage to keep the two (friends and bf/gf) balanced.
Pushing friends away is never a good thing (friends are always there but relationships don't come with a guarantee). If something happens to that relationship then they end up with no gf/bf and no friends. That's usually when they realise they shouldn't have pushed their friends away so much.

Firstly, I have to say it's really nice that you have so much compassion towards her feeling even though you don't know her all that well and by what you have experienced in your past. It's not something I see often and is always a nice thing to see. :]
She may actually be sincere in what she said and that it doesn't matter to her at all and that she would get over it.
You could try and talk to her about it. I think that may be the best option here short of going byy what she said and just going for this other guy. In talking to her you could tell her your fear and how it's not something you want happening to her so you want to be sure she's okay with it.

When it's all said and done you'll find it wasn't all that hard to do at all.
On a side note, if you're afraid he would break up with you just becuse you won't make out with him then he would be a guy who seems to care more about what he will get out of you than what the relationship will bring you both. :/ A guy like that is generally a guy best avoided I think.

Movies on youtube are stored and displayed in flash (this makes it easier for everyone to view and less of a need for everyone to make sure they have all the different codecs needed to play the many different types of movie types out there.
