haha, this is really cute! :] before this kiss happens, make sure you two are talking for a while to make it more comfortable. then you just sort of lean in slowly, and when you realize he's doing the same- close your eyes and kiss! then you won't feel like you're doing the moving 100%. maybe not use tongue right away, but just a longer intimate regular kiss. and when you break away if he liked it, i'm sure he will go back for more ;] no matter how shy he is. really, he's a guy. to start off with your hands, maybe just rest them in his hands or something and slowly move them up his arm till they're around his neck- if it's his first kiss then i'm sure his hands won't be roaming in other places, either. if you don't act nervous or unsure about it, it'll make him feel alot more at ease, too. good luck to the both of you! <3

My first kiss was also my girlfriends first kiss. The part I remember more than anything else is the way it felt. It's not really where you put your hands, it's more about the emotion. I'm not saying where you put your hands isn't important, but the most important part is the feeling. Just don't rush him, and don't go to far to fast, because it might freak him out. I hope that helps.

I was my boyfriends first kiss and I had this same problem. I had never made the first move before, but it wont be as hard as you think it is. Wait for the right moment and just kiss him. Make it a simple kiss, no tougue, expecially since he prolly wont know how to. goood luck =]

Just go for it. It's normal to feel awkward. Put your hands around his neck or back if you are standing up. On the other hand though, if you are sitting down, put your hands around his back or not even on him at all. Have fun and just relax. Hope my advice helps! <3 Jenn

Well since he's never kissed anyone before this is going to be something special for him. You'll want to make it the best for him as possible. I hate making the first move too so I understand what it's like. Just look at him and if you're standing put your arms around his neck. If your sitting/laying put your hands on his leg. Don't use tonge the first time cause he'll probably not know what to do. :)

Lets see, kissing is a very beautiful and natural thing so theres nothing to be nervous about. If its your boyfriends first kiss, you probably want to go with something simple yet sweet, like a kiss on the cheek and see where it goes from there. The most important thing to remeber is us to relax and HAVE FUN!! People only experience their first kiss once so have fun and don't worry just kinda let it happen, believe it or not, everything will just slowly fall into place if you relax...( tell your boyfriend the same)

I hope this helps! Good Luck!! :)

Just put your hand on his leg gently, lean in & kiss him. Don't tounge him right away since he won't know what to do but just kiss him deeply & then smile at him. =)

Ah how I remember my first kiss. :] Was the same circumstances as yours actually - my gf at the time had kissed before and I hadn't so she had made the first move.

For the type of kiss its best to just see what happens when you both actually kiss. If it's just a lip lock then it's a good start and if it goes further than that (with tongues) then it'll just happen. You can pretty much put your hands wherever you want or where they feel comfortable, or better yet hold his hand? I think that would actually be pretty romantic.

When it comes to making the first move just use inititive. When you feel the time is right then just slowly move in (if he looks like he is going to panic just reassure him softly) and lightly kiss him on the lips. He may not even react (because he doesn't know how to) but it will be an ice breaker and a start. After which you can kiss again staraight after and see if he reacts to it.

Good luck and I hope it all goes well. :] Hope I was some help.
