1) The tracks you are using are not compatable with windows movie maker.
2) The tracks might be protected which may be preventing you from using them in movie maker
3) You need to update your windows movie maker.
Windows Movie Maker can be very unstable (especially the verson that came with the initial Windows XP release) and so you may want to try and see if there are any updates for it. If there are no updates then the only things I can think of that might be the problem are those in 1 and 2.
