I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. Hey, I just wanted to thank you for helping me with "dad=mad, upcoming birthday, how to deal?" This is what happened, I ignored him all day, and he ignored me, and then by midnight, I started crying because I hadn't talked to him all day and it was his birthday, so it took alot of courage, but I told him "can we talk?" and told him I was sorry, and he huged me and said "even though Im mad, and it will take a while to forgive you, I'll always love my little girl"..and then I gave him the scrapbook and he started crying..

I agree with Shery. I say just don't give him head. Giving head...well, to put it nicely, can be a very awkward experience, especially the first time. Wouldn't you like to do that with someone you're more comfortable with so it doesn't add to the awkwardness? I'd say wait until you're in a relationship, at least one a bit more serious than this one sounds.
If you DO decide to do this for God knows what reason, make him wear a condom, because if he feels like he has the audacity to ask you for head in the first place like that then he doesn't deserve head without one.:) (And if you want a more intelligent reason, to put it simply, you don't know where that thing has been..)

There's no set age. I've known 16 year olds who've treated it really responsibly, and 22 year olds who haven't at all. It obviously depends on a person's individual maturity level. Just wait until you're comfortable with it. If you're with a guy and you have to ask yourself if you should have sex with him, (assuming you're a girl??) then you probably aren't ready. Wait until you're really comfortable with your body and the person.
PS- It is not illegal to have sex in the US if you are under 18. It IS illegal for someone over 18 to have sex with you if you are under 18. Kind of a big difference.

Okey this is the deal, in short my father is really mad at me, lik not teenage-mad but mad as in hasn't-spoken-to-me-in-3-months mad. Won't even look at me. Talk to me or even about me. And don't tell me to communicate with him because in my culture things don't work that way,trust me..you have no idea. Now the thing is, his birthay is coming up..and what do I do? I suppose just try as hard as you can to act normal and like his silent treatment isn't phasing you. You could get him a present and write something in the card along the lines of, "I know you're angry with me still but I still love you no matter what. I hope we can smooth things out soon. Happy birthday."
I'm not sure what you should get him because I don't really know anything about him... just try to think of something he really likes and play off of that. Or you could go for useful...maybe his wallet is getting old and beat up, so you could get him a new one. Anything that you put some thought into and shows that you kept his interests in mind generally works.

Every time you get the urge to cut yourself, go scream into a pillow, punch something really hard (and by something I mean something that's not going to hurt your hand), or try to go to sleep. If none of those work, find something equally distracting that allows you to escape for a while or get the aggression out in a healthier way.

You're underweight. If you want to lose 10 pounds, you're already in the mind set for being anorexic. I think you may have psychological issues. I am 5'2" and 107 and practically a stick! You should not lose even 5 pounds, let alone 10.

Try to talk to your mom about it. If your mom isn't receptive or just flat out doesn't believe you, I think it would be good to call CPS (Child protective services). I'm sure if you type that into google you'll find something. You shouldn't be living somewhere where you are abused all the time...it just isn't right.

Well, Okay. There's this boy named Senad & I have liked him foreverr. Me & him are always on/off, and idk. I want him back so badly and things completly switched between us. I want to be a theatre major in college & I have known that this is what I want to do for a very long time. However, my parents do not seem to escept the fact that I can get a job at all with a BA or BFA in acting or theatre. I really want to be a theatre teacher, even if I can't be an actress, which is what I dream about doing. However, my mom started screaming at me that for me acting is not a career & just a hobby & she will not pay for a private school education for me to major in theatre. I told her I would go to a public school & at first she said "fine, if that's what you want to do" & then she changed it & told me that it would be a retarted thing to major in. It seems like she has absolutely no support for my DREAM and GOAL in life. It's not even like I am beng unrealistic & saying "I want to be a famous actress"... I just want to be a drama teacher! She has no idea that she really hurt me in saying that I could never make a career out of this. It's not even like we can't afford it either...we are a pretty well to do family, but even if I say I will go to a public school, she tells me this goal is absurd. I don't knwo how to convince her that I can make money with a degree in theatre & that it is okay to major in it. Any ideas? also, it really hurts me that I have seen a few other kids whose parets support their talents (i have won many awards for acting & been in many productions & go to acting training in & out of school) while my mom just sees it as nothing more then a "hobby". How can I convince her that a theatre major is good for me & that it is more then "just a hobby"? (link)

Aww...this makes me sad since I'm a theatre kid and can completely empathize. The only thing I can really say to you is... try your hardest to do what makes you happy. Learn to ignore your mom and just do it anyway. That's really hard since she's your mother and of course you want to make her happy and respect her opinion, but this is your life and not hers. She thinks what she wants to think.
I don't realistically believe you can force her to believe that theatre is a good major for you, but if you keep pushing and pushing toward it she might give in eventually and let you just go with it. Remember, the first couple of years of college are mostly GE classes anyway, so you have some time to get her to soften up. You may also be able to compromise and see if you can double major. It will suck to double major in theatre and then in something else you're not as passionate about, but if that's the only way to get your theatre degree, it's the way to go.

Actually, you are supposed to get see this type of doctor when you become sexually active, not a year later. But that's not what you were asking. No, it's not painful. It's slightly uncomfortable but it lasts for 2 seconds and isn't that big of a deal. He or she takes this little scraper and collects a sample from your vaginal walls to test to make sure everything is normal. It's not the horrible thing everyone makes it out to be.

First of all, just because the other girls say he is good in bed doesn't mean that he would be to you. Everyone has their personal preferences, and what works for one person might not for another. That's not to say that he's necessarily bad in bed, but just keep it in mind for the future.
It is extremely common for women not to orgasm during sex. This is because most sexual pleasure comes from the clitoris rather than the vaginal walls, but the clitoris is not stimulated near as much during sex. Most girls find they can orgasm much easier from fingering or oral sex.
There are also mental factors. Some people are just not in the right mindset or relaxed enough...they might simply think too much about it. It helps me to be on top and to be fantasizing. Most girls have an easier time cumming while on top. Some women go until late adulthood without ever having an orgasm, alone or otherwise. You'll get the hang of it, though, as you experience new people and new things. Masturbation is good for this though because then you know what you like and in turn can communicate that to your partner. As you get more and more experienced, you'll find what works for you. I'd say don't go with lying in the future, but what's done is done for now. Say that the vacation was cancelled because there was an illness in the family, or that your family decided that you shouldn't miss school so they planned the vacation later.
