lillegend222 answered Monday April 3 2006, 10:25 pm: honestly, that's horrible for your body. It's hurting way more than it's helping. My advice, eat everyday, but in recommended portions. Like, when you have cereal, look on the box for how much you should have. And exercise regularly. I'm not saying you have to go to a gym or anything, just take a walk and do some crunches. Try yoga! You can get books on it that'll take you through, step-by-step.
unigrl245 answered Monday April 3 2006, 8:27 pm: Why don't you start a weight loss plan like weight watchers or atkins or south beach? My mom is on weight watcher and you get to have a certin amount of points a day according to your weight and height and everything. My mom can have 20 and you can eat anything as long as you try not to go over your point limit. You con tell the points by the fat, colories, and fiber. But at least you get to eat every day! Kayendall06 answered Monday April 3 2006, 7:24 pm: This is not a good diet at all. This is actually making you gain weight because when you eat everything one day, it gains weight and then when you throw up it doesn't make it better. Then the next day your body is craving food very badly because it is so used to all the food you ate yesterday and then when you eat a lot the next day, it all goes straight to your hips!!!
Eat a healthy diet everyday and try not to eat junk food. Eat Breakfast, Lunch, a snack after school, and dinner. You can have a light dessert 3 times a week.
loves2shop86 answered Monday April 3 2006, 6:38 pm: oh my gosh!! this is a terrible idea!! not only will this make you extremely sick, but it will NOT help you lose any weight! actually you might gain weight as a result! one day you are not eating anything... basically you have no energy all day and you are slowing your metabolism A LOT. the next day you are over-eating... not only is that bad to begin with, but it's even worse because you are doing it with a metabolism that has slowed down more and more with every day you don't eat! if you want to lose weight and stay healthy, all you have to do is eat a variety of foods in the right amounts EVERY day... ditch the chips and coke, you don't need junk food! jog every day or do some form of exercise, eat well (4 to 5 small meals a day) and drink plenty of water and you'll be good to go! good luck!
girlyguru34 answered Monday April 3 2006, 6:29 pm: Ok first of all each day you do that you are becoming sick when you eat too much you are forcing your body to eat it and if you think it will last till the next day ...guess wat there is somthing called digestion and you need to have a balanced meal everyday im not saying you have to be perfect and follow the food pyrimid but do eat very proportionate things so here is what you should eat:
*fruits mabey 1 apple for a snack
*some foods for lunch can be fresh sandwiches with ham or lettuce
*dinner chicken(skinned) and rice and some veggies try this it will help and excersise too! [ girlyguru34's advice column | Ask girlyguru34 A Question ]
sizzlinmandolin answered Monday April 3 2006, 6:10 pm: What you are doing is called bulimia. It is an eating disorder. I don't know if you know what bulimia is, but it doesn't mean that you have to make yourself throw up. Bulimia means that you binge (eat a lot of food) then throw up. It doesn't have to be self-induced. If you can't stop doing this you need to get help right away. If you can please do! Bulimia is very very unhealthy for you and it's not a very effective way of losing weight. Just eat healthy every day and exercise. That is the best, safest, and easiest way to lost weight. Good luck. [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
Alin75 answered Monday April 3 2006, 5:57 pm: Why in heavens name would you ever have gone on such a ridiculous diet. Im sorry I dont mean to offend you, its just that this one really surprised me.
If you want to be healthy and lose weight start with the following:
- Eat frequent small meals (aim at 4 to 6 meals a day spaced out every 3 to 4 hours or so).
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat balanced (from all food groups) and keep your saturated fats low.
- Create a calorie deficit of a few hundred cals daily (as in eat 400 cals or so below what you burn).
Stay away from the diet you are on, and for that matter any other quick fix. They mess you up in all sorts of ways and, in the end, they dont work the way they promise. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
xEVYx answered Monday April 3 2006, 5:43 pm: um why wouldnt it be bad, you're making yourself throw up. just excersise and go on a NORMAL diet. [ xEVYx's advice column | Ask xEVYx A Question ]
karenR answered Monday April 3 2006, 5:39 pm: It probably is.
Eat normally. Do not just go nuts and eat a bunch on any one day. Eat every meal don't skip any. Your plate at supper should have portions on it about the size of your school lunch servings.
Then exercise. Go for a walk, play a game like volley ball that takes some moving around. Or, buy an exercise video. Dancing is very good exercise. Put on some music and dance, dance, dance.
