ever since ive been starting this diet i have been getting really bad stomach pains (not like period) but it hurts..this is my diet::

Day 1-eat a lot of food. everything i can. then i eat so much it makes me throw up..!
Day 2-eat nothing.at all..

Why don't you start a weight loss plan like weight watchers or atkins or south beach? My mom is on weight watcher and you get to have a certin amount of points a day according to your weight and height and everything. My mom can have 20 and you can eat anything as long as you try not to go over your point limit. You con tell the points by the fat, colories, and fiber. But at least you get to eat every day!


ok lately ive been getting these REALLY REALLY bad pains on my right side, right under the end of my rib cage. What could this be? could it just be cramps? I havent gotten my period for the first tim yet so could that be it? Please help...i rate high. ♥ (link)
Many different factors can cause gas to build up inside your stomach, which leads to any number of uncomfortable feelings: stomach pain, cramps and -- most embarrassingly -- flatulence (farting).

Many foods, such as beans, broccoli, soy products, milk products and eggs can also cause cramps and gas. In many cases, especially if you feel crampy, simply passing gas or having a bowel movement can fix the problem, at least temporarily. However, when the pain or discomfort caused by excessive gas becomes frequent, it can make everyday life difficult.
