at least 45. In fact, if you are actually posting this, then you should never have sex because you are a moron and God forbid you have kids!

After marriage:
Sex is a connection that should not be treated lightly, and if you are devoted enough to a person to marry him, then you are prepared for sex.

LadyGoodman answered Wednesday April 12 2006, 8:31 pm:
There's no set age. I've known 16 year olds who've treated it really responsibly, and 22 year olds who haven't at all. It obviously depends on a person's individual maturity level. Just wait until you're comfortable with it. If you're with a guy and you have to ask yourself if you should have sex with him, (assuming you're a girl??) then you probably aren't ready. Wait until you're really comfortable with your body and the person.

PS- It is not illegal to have sex in the US if you are under 18. It IS illegal for someone over 18 to have sex with you if you are under 18. Kind of a big difference.

twistedsister17 answered Wednesday April 12 2006, 7:54 pm:
I would have to say around 18+ only because in the U.S. it is illegal if you're under 18. Also it's not a good idea to be doing it in highschool because let's say you have a boyfriend and you two have it, and then you break up after. (80% of people who've had sex in highschool end up breaking up soon after it.) You will still have to SEE that person EVERYDAY in highschool. When you get to college it's a little bit different. You are really going to want to wait until you're 18, or else you may regret it.

There is no right or wrong age, you will know when you are ready. As long as you are old enough to know to use protection and as long as you find the right guy that you trust. Then its ok but if you have to ask, chances are your not ready.

NakedFaery answered Wednesday April 12 2006, 4:19 pm:
When you're ready. I'm Pagan, and I believe that loving, consensual sex between any two people is a wonderful thing.

So provided you ready, comfortable and not pressured, then whenever you want.

It's generally not a good idea to have sex under the age of consent (in the US it's 18), but it won't damage your body if you do. The age of consent in the UK is 16...so attitude towards sex varies differently. It is best to avoid sex if you are VERY young (under the age of about 13) because your vagina is not fully developed, and being engorged by the penis may cause a 13 year old quite considerable discomfort.

If you begin having sex and find you are not enjoying it, always stop. Never do something that makes you feel uncomfortable.

i don't think there's an exact age. i think you should be mature, ready, know the guy well, & know that you both love each other. in my opinion, i think it should be after marriage, but if you guys are 18 & know you wanna get married, then it isn't a big deal. whenever you both are ready. also protection is something the person should think about.

-hope that helped!♥
