You just have to straight out tell them and hope for the best. But please DO tell them. I think it's really stupid when girls try to hide it all that time and then don't get the proper medical attention they need.

You just tell them you're pregnant.

Not to many ways to say it. Tell your mom when you can get her alone for some private time. Let her help you tell your dad.
