Okay, so I know there is literally no "easy" way to lose weight and I understand this.

However, I need to know. How is the easiest way to lose weight? When I say easy I mean in a lot of 'areas' e.g. when you don't have a lot of equipment (I don't even have stairs to do cardio on, but I do have a lot of steep hills around my area)

Also, how many times a week should I do the work out and for how long?

Once again I understand it's not easy to lose weight and if the easiest way is like, sit ups thats okay!! also, it's for mostly stomach fat which will be hard I understand, but a good leg and thigh work out would be good too.

Well.
Eat healthily.
Breakfast- Fruit/muesli/yoghurt
Lunch- Salads or a healthy sandwhich + fruit
Dinner- Nutritious+ Healthy meal.

Drink water regularly.
Also cut down in salt, you will drop weight a lot faster if you eat as less salt as possible.

Running- go running for 30 minutes or so BEFORE you have dinner.

Try to do this everyday if possible.
On sundays or something go swimming.

As part of a New Year's Eve tradition (Brazil) - jumped in the sea with white pants. Bottom cuffs of pants loaded with sand stains. I figured, no big deal, it'll come off. I've gotten grease off of white pants.

I've since

- been to the cleaners
- used regular bleach
- used a bleach pen
- used a solvent remover (MISTY)
- used oxidizing powder

I can't make a dent in this stuff! It's just sand. I mean, it doesn't even seem to lighten. Any clues?

How do you install meshes for sims 2? I have the basic one. How would you get the hair meshes to work. I have tried putting the mesh.package into the sims 2 downloads file and it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? How can I make it work?

To me, personally, it seems as if you love your ex..but you don't want to because it would make things complicated.

You also like other guys..but there's still your ex.

It's a mind thing, and you're not sure if you feel ok being with another guy though you love your ex.

Ouch, that sounds really hard for you.
I suggest you talk to Tommy, and find out the reason why he dumped you, that will change the way you see him.

Try not to obsess about him and always think ''I want him back'' or whatever.
Try to make friends with him again..so you can hang out and talk.
This will be the best thing to start you guys off. Be FRIENDS.
Then he will realize that you are a great person and he will be thinking why he dumped you.

Don't act to desperate when talking to him, nor too friendly.
You don't want him to know that you still have feelings for him..not yet anyway .

Although there are ''tips'' most of the time it just comes naturally, you follow the other person.

I understand how you feel about this. I've had times too when it felt like nothing was going right, everyone hated me and so on.
You should write a list with the things that bother you, what are going wrong and what are going well.
For instance this list could've been mine a few years ago:

Bothers-
Parents
People in school
Homework
Looks(of myself)

Things going wrong-
School
Friendships

Things going well-
Art

Then once you have written down the main things that are causing your depression, try to sort them out one by one. In school try talking to some people in your lessons- maybe they are teasing you just because they don't know your personality.
Try talking to your mom about the problems you are having-just talk everything through with her, if she understands, she shouldn't get mad at all.
Please stop cutting yourself, because that doesn't make ANYTHING better, it just makes things worse.
Anorexia- Not easy to see yourself as beautiful and thin once you are anorexic, but give it an attempt. I really hope you don't want to kill yourself!
My best friend was anorexic for almost two years. When she told me (practically a year after) I was so shocked, I tried to help her, and now she is fine.
You need someone to support you through these hard times, shutting out everyone else and hurting yourself defenetly doesn't help at this situation.
