okay, i know the category is wrong, but close enoughh.

anyways. so i have a panasonic dmc-fx07, and i was wondering what the white balance & what the sensetivity do? like how do they affect the pictures taken? also, is there a way to soften the pictures? and to fix the color&contrast using the camera? thanks so much!

White balance- How white the picture is...like if lighter colors are even brighter and lighter.
