what you are talking about is a digital picture frame. they range from 75 and upwards depending on where you buy them, the brand, and the size screen you get. I work somewhere that sells them and we carry 7 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch, and 10 inch.

If so they can be from $50-$200
The prices are very varied, depends on the make (sony, philips, whatever) or if it has special effects and so on.
