I've been in love with this guy now (ever since 8th grade), I'm still in highschool. He's a teacher and I'm pretty sure he's into me. We touch and have our "moments". I promised his one of his family members that I wouldn't get him in trouble but lately we've been all over each other. He's so perfect in every way. What should I do?

I'm not gonna sugarcoat anything, so if this sounds rude, I'm probably not sorry.

Are you an idiot? Is he an idiot? Are you guys idiots!? Like, seriously, what the hell are you both thinking?

Yeah, I get it, he's hot, you like him, you're hot, he likes you. But if he was the perfect guy, he wouldn't want anything to do with you outside of the classroom. He is probably way too old for you, and you guys are taking a SERIOUS risk.

If he gets caught, he'll lose his job, go to jail & be convicted as a sex offender, no matter if you're the legal age of consent, or not. Teachers dating students is never a good idea. Even if he didn't teach at your school it'd still be wrong.

If you love him and are "into" him, you'll break up with him. If you cared so much about it, you wouldn't let him take the risk of losing his job & his life by being an idiot & rinkydinkying around with a student.

Also, don't make promises you can't keep. Just do what's good for the both of you & break up. I realize you're "in love" but it's the best thing to do. If you decide to stay together, both of your lives will be raped hardcore in the ass. End of story.

my freshman year i got accepted to one of the top performing art schools in the nation for vocal performance!! i was so excited!! ever since i heard about it ive wanted to go....My dream ever since i could remember was to be a singer...when i attended school for the first few weeks i noticed that there was a music male teacher that i would always catch looking at me....about 2 months into school, he told me to stay after class because he wanted to enter a song id written in a major record label contest. I walked into his room and he told me to sit on the piano bench and he'd be right back. So i did as he said and got my music out and waited. When he came back he shut the door and locked it he said that he locked it "because he didn't want to be bothered with the janitors" so i didn't think anything of it, kinda thought it was wierd (music rooms are soundproof) but anyway, he sat down next to me and placed his hand on my upper thigh and said im so proud of the progress your making in my class, you're deffinately going to acheive your dream and go somewhere with your talent" he put his arm around my shoulder and acted like he was grabbing my music, and he pushed it off the side on "accident" so i bent down to grab it, and as i bent down he grabbed my butt. and i told him to stop. but then he sternly said, "if you want to pass the class and win the comptetion you'll let me do what i want. Trust me, you want me on your side. I can give you everything you want." I sat back down, giving him another chance, hoping he would stop, but it just got worse as time went on. Long story short, he ended up raping me.
When i threatned him that i would tell, he just said "do you really want to leave this school?? you're parents would take you out of here and you wouldn't get ot pursue your dream anymore." and after i thought about it i realized that i wanted to be a singer more than anything else, and this school would help me out so much. So i continued to put up with it...
This situation has been continuing on and off for about 2 1/2 years now. I haven't told anyone, becuase i don't want to run the risk of anyone finding out becuase then i wouldnt be able to go to this school anymore. I just really feel like i need to talk to someone, but i don't know who to talk to. I don't feel comfortable telling my boyfriend, bestfriend, or anyone whats going on.
What should i do? I want to continue achieving my goals, and the school helps out with this alot, but at the same time i want the abuse to stop. I'm sorry this is so long, thanks so much for taking your time to help.

You HAVE to tell someone. I know if you do it'll probably ruin your chances of acheiving your goals and dreams, but think about it. He's forcing himself on you in order to make you feel guilty about your talent. That way, if you tell, it makes YOU the bad guy, NOT him. I realize singing is your dream, but if you want the sexual abuse to stop, I'd tell the principal. Chances are he'd deny it, but they're supposed to have cameras in the classrooms just in case you know a kid has a gun, or a fight breaks out. So, find a way to record what's going on, and then show the principal. It's important, and if I was in your position, I would seriously tell my dreams to fuck themselves because my emotional state of mind and my mental state of mind are more important than a want. Seriously, if you let it continue, you're going to be fucked up for the rest of your life. You're not gonna trust anyone, and it's just gonna be really hard. Tell your boyfriend, tell your best friend, tell your parents, tell the school authorities, tell the police. Tell anyone who can do something about it, even if it means giving up your dreams. But hopefully the school will fire him & you'll get to stay.

i take advanced swimming lessons and my teacher keep asking me to join the team but all i do is say i'll think about it.i want to join because there's a competition in march that takes place in my ex-boyfriend hometown,so i wanna join so i could see him again(to hopefully not beat the crap outta him if i do)but i don't because i would have to practice like 6 or 7 days a week and i live far from where practice is and i wouldn't be able to get a ride.so my question is what should i do?

If you really like to swim & you'd like to join the team, I don't see why you shouldn't. I understand that the ride thing to practices might suck, BUT find a friend on the swim team who can give you a ride. :]

Also, don't underestimate how much work this will be. Being on a team of some kind is no walk in the park. You're going to have to be dedicated, work your ass off, and keep your grades up. But if you decide to join, have fun & don't beat up your ex, haha.

My bestfriend met my boyfriend today but just over msn. i was scared to tell her about him because he lives in america and i live in australia. i love him alot more than anything and he loves me the same. its indescribable how much we love each other. I realize you wanted them to be friends, or for her to like him, but things don't always turn out as they seem. Your friend obviously doesn't understand the type of relationship you & your boyfriend have. Long distance relationships sometimes work if the people love each other enough. This is going to sound insane, but your best friend doesn't have to like him. I know you wanted her to, but it's not mandatory. Just keep the life with your boyfriend seperate, and the life with your best friend seperate. Don't mention your boyfriend to him. Hopefully, she'll get over it. But if not, that's cool too because her opinion doesn't matter. The only opinion that does matter about him, is your's. It's not the end of the world if she doesn't like him. Hi, I am going to dress like a BIG TIME girly girl. I need to know what to wear! And plese tell me the truth about what to wear because all I wear is baggy shirts with jeans!

I'm gonna try & help as best as I can.

Jeans, I would wear skinny jeans, tight jeans, and ripped jeans. Shorts are pretty much super short looking. For skirts, mini skirts & plaid skirts are in. I usually wear my skirts with leggings. Never wear leggings with plaid skirts. It doesn't look all that great. I'd usually wear some school girl looking heels with that. :]

For shoes, wear sneakers, adidas sandals, uggs, heels, sandals, flip flops, flats, or boots.

For shirts, wear polos, tank tops, cami's, plaid/flannel tops, dress tops [they look like dresses], t shirts,

As far as acessories go, don't over-do it. A nice necklace and a bracelet with a few rings look nice. Not too many rings, maybe one or two per hand. Also, hoop/diamon earrings are cute.

For your hair, straighten or scrunch it. I don't know how to scrunch my hair because my hair is naturally curly, so I don't need it. But, I straighten my hair from time to time. And the side bangs with layers, that's cute. So do it.

It's not a stupid question. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between loving/liking someone or lusting after them.

Usually, when you like someone, you always wanna be near them. Their personality is perfect. When you're near them, they make your heart beat a million times fast, and you get nervous trying to talk to them. You think about them a lot, and your palms get sweaty. Just their smile can brighten your day, even a hello will do it for you. Have you thought of what to say for each of those things, no matter if you do any of them?

For school dress codes, make it persuasive speech about how schools shouldn't have them. Or, you could stay neutral. It's good because then teens won't see school as a fashion show, or that they have to look the best, or somebody else has the same thing you have. But then again, having your own clothes is good because you can have your own personal style.

Off campus lunches can be good because it's not the crap they serve you at school, and you don't have to have a bunch of noise when you eat from everyone talking. Again though, it's fairly relative that kids will often just not come back to school, or they'll get so caught up in talking to their friends [and not having a bell to let them know lunch is over], that they'll forget about school & possibly stay, or lose track of time.

Abortion is good when you've been raped, or if you're young. But again, if you can make it, you can have it too. Also, babies deserve to live. I bet it'd suck to have known your mother wanted to kill you too.

Technology definitely is changing life. You have the world at your fingertips with the internet. You no longer have to count on simple things like cleaning, or homework to entertain you. Music/tv can do that. It's a quicker form of communication rather than just writing a letter, or talking on the phone. Some people don't have internet, or they're not home, or they just have dial up for that matter. Then again, technology can be a bad thing because it's making teens more lazy, and dependant on a computer to do things for them. Like talk to their friends, and do their papers.

But, the choice of what to do for your paper is totally your's. I'd do one of those. :]

You're lucky. Fortunately, so am I. My boyfriend tells me the same thing. And we're lucky because they noticed us for the inside, not just the out.

Honey, if you're so unhappy with your body, do something about it. Complaing & picking out your flaws are going to do nothing.

Start eating healthier, go to a gym, & run. Switch from sodas to juices/water. Instead of junk food, eat fruits, and vegetables. Don't eat after 5pm. If you do, make it a small meal. Make your portions smaller.

Hopefully, with that, you should see some results. Just, don't do anything dumb. Don't take diet pills, or beauty supplments. Don't get lypo [not saying that you need it]. Just lose it healthily so you won't do anything you'd regret in the future. :] And remember, you're beautiful even when you don't realize it.
