hi, it may seem a little early to be talking about swimming but can you people pretend it is summer?! okay i cant purchase regular bikini bottom because of the hair..down there. i have to wear shorts and i really dont want to! every time i shave it gets bloody and itchy and burny. ive tried using a fresh razor and waxing, and using baby oil...lots of shaving cream..stuff for sensitive skin, conditioner, stuff for bikini area...etc and they all seem to irritate it. and i have really sensitive skin and that makes it worse. someone said to use bikini touch but i used the other one that is not for bikini area but just like it and it hurt! someone help please!

I'm not quite sure what to say but it would just be easyer to go for the shorts. But what also might help is using a different rasor... i use Gillette Venus Divine. It cuts smoothly and it doesnt bleed either. I has the same problem when i was using these other rasors and it always felt itchy and bled. but yea try that. It worked for me and my skins pretty sencitive. lol

I've just had a few knocks lately with everything and i've lost my confidence and i've got low self esteem how do it get my confidence and steem back. Many thanxz

What usually helps me is that i try to do somthing that i enjoy or am good at and then i get all happy about it cuz i did a good job. But what you could also do is just say hey i'm good and there's nothing that can stop me from being to confident. but lol just make youself feel good and that will easily make you self asteam and confidence go up!

Well sleeping long enought ( 9-10 hrs) definatly helps. But you couls get cover up that's your skin color. I can't really say wich brand but it should say in the makeup area.

Sometimes guyz like grls but they're too shy to show or tell their actual feelings. Just try to talk to him and well dont tell him that you like him, make sure you KNOW that he likes you back.

I have a simple question that I can't find the answer to. In the middle school I go to they have a P.E. class. In P.E. class we do jumping-jacks. What do jumping-jacks help you build? Your arms, legs, stomach, or something?

It helpes your legs and arm build more strangth in certain muscle areas.

I just had a really quick question. My boyfriend and I have done some.. hmm "stuff" and I was wondering- what kind of "stuff" is okay to do at 14? ( we haven't had sex ) - and I don't want answers like "do what you're confortable with," because I was very comfortable with what I did, I just want to know if it was right for what age I am.

I'm not exactly sure what you did do so all i ca say is that i'd only go up to kiising unles you want to go farther.
i my self am 14/f and i've never actually kissed before but that would be the farthest i would go.

Go to the store and buy a different agenda and just write your work in there. It really helps when you;ve lost one. Or if you can't do that any time soon get a few pieces of paper and make one out of it.

The kids that don't act like them selves dont worry about them having your back becusae they are uncomfterable about them selves. HGo for a friends that is confedint in her/him self and has total back of you so that you can tell then things and trust them. Even if you only have a few thats still good. :D

Sounds like he likes you, maybe next time ask him how he feels about you, but if you don't feel the same way you're gonna have to tell him that too. but don't say it harsh because boys have sensitive feeling too.

To mee it sounds like thw two of you are hiding your feelings from each other but dig each other much. So just flirt some more and when you are maybe in the hall or something, alone ask him how he feels about you.

every time i run the mile for P.E. i get these painful cramps while running and even if i stretch before running i still get cramps. what type of stretches should i use to prevent the cramps?

sometimes you get cramps because you're not breathing right. It happend to me all the time but now i'm better at it because i breath the correct way. It's hard to explain but you breath kinda deeper if you know what i mean.
