Otherwise, I wouldn't be 5'2" I'd be more around the height of 6'5" or something, since I stretch A LOT. Crap... this wasn't funny... uh.... DOOR KNOBS!

Karen answered Sunday February 27 2005, 11:48 am: Nope, stretching doesn't help you grow taller, it just helps you not to pull any muscles when you exercise or do anything physical. I have never heard any stretches that make you grow taller so it's just the way your body develops that makes you grow taller.
