ah im getting obsessed now haha basically dillards, nordstroms, and bakers are my favorite places! I am not sure what your style is but my advice: narrow your choice down to your most favorite and the final step is to pick the ones that are MOST COMFORTABLE.. omg i did not realize how important that factor is.. my feet were killing me after my prom and i wish i had paid more attention to that.. but ask all salesclerks and they will help you

well i like this guy and i think theres a possibilty he could like me.
when he texts me he usually asks me something about school, but then we lead into another convoersation, could that mean hes interested.
also in school the other day he sat next to me, and him and i and this other kid were talking about who he likes, and i was like "oh you like her" and he was like "nah too old" then the other kid was like "what about kelly" and he was like "no" so i said, "yeahhh you do, if you don't then who do you like?" and he like avoided it, could that mean something?
what are some other signs that he would like me?

Well i obviously wasn't there but there is a possibility that he was just shy and didn't want him to say you.
but if he is texting you first all the time, then you are obviously on his mind all the time :) which is good! Other hints are if he really asks personal questions and he is really trying to get to know you. That shows that he is def. interested in you. At school alot of touching and flirting.. eye contact and smiling at you. If it just gets too confusing just ask one of his friends or ask your friend to ask him .. but so far it looks good! hope this helps xoxoblonde911

I'm an underclassmen and my boyfriend is a senior. He asked me to prom a couple days ago and I've been trying to figure it all out ever since. At my school, underclassmen rarely go so no one can give me any advice. Since it's technically not "my" prom, should I keep it simple and not do anything too fancy??

Another thing, the place they're having prom is kind of small and everyone is telling me it's gonna be extremely hot and everyone is going to sweat. Are there any good deodorants you recommend? What should do about my breath, too? I hate bad breath more than anything and I'm constantly chewing gum but I don't want to hold a pack of gum in my hand the whole time and I also don't want to have to run back to my purse every 5 seconds to chew a new piece. A lot of mints, like altoids, make your breath smell worse in the end!! so what do you think is a good way to keep fresh breath when I'm getting dehydrated and hot?

And also, for those of you who have already been to prom, is there anything that you suggest I bring on the limo? Like anything I might need? Should I bring clothes to change into? Other items??

I went to prom my freshman year and had a blast, i am going again this year and this is my advice:
It's not YOUR prom, true, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't have fun and make it a special night for your date. You shouldn't hold back on your dress. There are going to be girls there who are going to be over the top and some that are just plain ugly. Just choose a dress that you love. As for deodorants i would go with somewithing like secret clinical strength, i love it because it works for anything and keeps you "dry". Bad breath: I brought gum in my clutch. I chewed a piece before he came over and then chewed a piece right after the dinner. Clothes: if you go to an after party just bring a cute comfortable shirt jeans/sweats.

Tips: I would avoid getting a dress with a train at the end simply because it will get ruined on the dance floor. and for your hair, i did an updo and never bothered me one bit, girls who had their hair down were falling, sweaty, and didn't look cute before the night was over

Yes it is very healthy, but it depends on WHAT you eat. You have to order the right salad, soup, and bread. They have nutrition charts there and they will be glad to ask any questions.
I recommend going with an apple or wheat bread instead of the regular bread due to the carbs. It depends on how you want to diet.

the top of my hair where my scalp is it starting to feel real gross, like gressy or like i have gel in it and i dont! after i take a shower i blow dry and straighten it and then it feels all gross at the top while the bottom is soft and silky, its been doing this for 3 days and its pissing me off! what do i do?

this happened to me! My reason was because i was only using conditioner, you have to use shampoo too. If you are using shampoo AND conditioner, then its obviously either you or the brand you are using
i suggest switching brands, or using more shampoo.
(you need to use shampoo b/c you need your natural oil in your hair)

OK well,
I have feeling for someone who's 2 years older, and I've had these feelings for a little while. But then on Friday, one of my best guy friends just got out of a wonderful relationship that ended terribly. And we had this party afterward for my other friend, and me and this guy were dancing. He was like you know, holding my wastes, and crap, really close, and I didn't mind it, well, because I love dancing, with guys. And now I sorta think I have feelings for him, but if we were to go out, I couldn't only because I can't get over the guy thats 2 years older. I mean the guy thats 2 years older doesn't even talk to me, but for some odd reason I still care and think about him all the time. And I sorta like the guy I danced with only because he's sweet and more my age. So I don't know what to do with both of them.

You just need to think about the good and the bad of each. When I want to get over someone i think of the bad qualities. I usually end up being disgusted and never think of them again. The older guy seems to have no interest. I honestly would go with the guy your own age. But you have to decide that, not me. You need to sort out the good and the bad and see which one is more important to you.

There is nothing wrong with waiting.
If he loves you like you think, he can wait too.
You will know when your ready, and only you can decide that!
Just make sure that you wont regret your decision
You need to think about the consequences, and talk to your boyfriend about them. (pregnancy, std's, etc)

Hi! :D im hailey, and im 15. (freshman) and i like this boy in 10th grade, he likes me back and we are sapposed to go to the movies this weekend. If he honestly likes you, he can wait.
Just tell him how aweful you feel, and how sick you are. Just tell him how bad you feel for not going .. but will reschedule asap. He should understand if he truly likes you.

i dont really understand what it means to ask someone to be your valentine. are you asking them to be your g/f or b/f? or are you just asking them if they will say they're your valentine? and if they say yes, what does that mean? i dont understand the point of asking someone to be your valentine

from my understandings, its a way to tell someone you like them. Lets say a boy likes a girl but is too shy to ask them out.. and valentines day is coming up.. its an excuse to say i like.. be my valentine.. but there not really commiting yet.. gah it is confusing!

im having my 14th birthday party on february 10th, and it going to be at my grandmas house because my mom dosnt trust 25 people in my house because my last party got to out of hand. I having in my grandmas basement because its hugee down there, but there ones probably, theres absolutly nothing down there except a drum set. I'm so afraid were going to have nothing to do, my mom said we could hook a tv up down there and watch a movie, so i was going to play that, and then that night were gunna play man hunt be in between i have no idea what do to. Do any of you have any ideas on what to do. There going to be 13, 14 and 15 year olds, pleasee helppp

have good food so set up some tables

get good decorations

have MUSIC! everyone loves music so leave some room with some space to dance

ok. today i got this really dry | sore throat so i got a drink and it helped with the dryness but not the soreness. and i have naturally large tonselles [sp?] but ive never had strep throat so the doctor wont remove them , but i decided to take a look in my mirror + my tounge was blackish [ewwiee] some bumps toward the back , my tonsells [sp?] are bigger , and the dangly thing is really short. so i was like well , i had chiesee so i brushed my teeth and the blackish stuff came off. but my tounge then turned white. i also had this sore throat thing earler this year and the doctor said it was nothing to worry about. but i had it over the summer too. and he said it was just a sore throat. but im starting to wonder. i told my mom and she gave me some mouth wash [ i ran out of mine ] but it didnt help.. she said she'll look tommorow. but im afraid something serious is happneing here. please help me.

this doesnt really sound good.. i never heard of anything like this. My advice is go to the doctor immediatly... better safe than sorry. And yes i would stop kissing your boyfriend JUST to be safe.

ok heres mr problem... i never like one guy for a long period of time. I can like one guy and get the butterflys in the stomach everytime i think of him and dream about him and smile when i think of him. Than a week later i can look at the same person and be like why dont i feel that anymore.. why did i like them ew. Than ill like someone else and the same thing will happen. but than another week later i'll either switch back to who i liked b4 or like someon else. Recently ive liked this one guy. But literaly last night i was all smiling when i thought of him and like i reaaaaaaally liked him. omg, same here. I know where your coming from! its very normal.. alot of my friends have the same problem. If i knew how to fix it i would tell you, but i havent found the answer yet! One time i thought this guy was SOO hott, i was almost in love with him! i saw a picture of him that was disgusting.. i instantly stopped obsessing over him. I think the reason is standards. Our standards for guys are super high, which makes it hard for guys to make the cut? i have no idea. i know this didnt really help you, but atleast you dont stand alone!

I reallly want to hook up with my CRUSH(let's call him CUTIE)! I always get jealous when other girls like talk to him. I donn know why. But then I'm starting to like my best friend's EX-BOYFRIEND(lets call him JACK). He's not all cute but then I start to talk to him a lot and I think he likes me. my advice is to choose one guy
i know it might be hard.. but eventually your either going to have one happy guy and a sad guy.. or your not going to have any guys. So choose now before they get sick of it.
So just see which one has more qualities you like in a guy. hope everything works out!

ok so my girlfriend and i have been going out for a couple months and i don't know what to get her for valentine's day. i don't have much cash so it can't be too expensive.

also, don't suggest burning a cd. i did that for her for christmas, and i don't want to look repetitive.

my best friend was like in love me me, and after a while i started to like him too.. then one day BAM he didnt like me.. and then he started to lie and stuff.. so end of relationship AND friendship. a week later he had another girlfriend. We went to the movies and said it was akward... it was fine for me. It threw me off track. till this day i still dont know why he changed his mind.
-Maybe he had an "akward" moment like me

-doesnt want to lose friendship
-something happened in or outside of school that you dont know about
-etc
best way to find out is to act like nothing is wrong and just casually ask him if you did anything to him , cause he has been acting kinda funny.

Well my boyfriend tried to finger me, but it hurt it was kind of a discomfortable hurt. I asked him to stop and he did, then we tried it another time and it hurt but not as bad. Is it normal for it to hurt? One of my friends asked me if I bled but I told my friend that I told him to stop before he went in to far because it hurt. Are u suppose to bleed? thanks!!

Yes it is normal for it to hurt.
you can bleed but its highly unusual to bleed on just fingering.. if you bled having sex, then that is totally normal.

so whats a really good digital camera? i have a Vivitar 5mp but i dont like it bc it wont take pics of moving objects and the flash ironically makes pictures really dark in a lighted area. My cousin got the Sony Cybershot 6mp and i was wondering if this is a good one? it seems like the kind i want. i want 5-7 mp and something with good color quality and can take pics of moving objects that uploads well on the computer. price range up to about $200. i mostly take pics of me/friends and sometimes scenery if im bored if that helps.
