That is a very pretty dress =]

I think that white or light silver shoes would look best. Definetely not black!

And jewelry, nothing too big or flashy, something kind of simple. Silver would look best. Gold would clash with the yellow color of the dress.
Good luck and have fun =]

First, i must say that that dress is GORGEOUSS!!!

you can go with a shoe thats silver, black, brown basicly anything. your jewlery should be colors like the braceletts in the picture. no rings. maybe, a stud earings if you cna't find any that would be okay looking with braceletts that are out there!

With me, i like to take risks and go with a really unique shoe for example : [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

but going with those shoes is def. hard matching jewelry!

or go with simple clear rhinestone and rhinestone jewelry for example:

ah im getting obsessed now haha basically dillards, nordstroms, and bakers are my favorite places! I am not sure what your style is but my advice: narrow your choice down to your most favorite and the final step is to pick the ones that are MOST COMFORTABLE.. omg i did not realize how important that factor is.. my feet were killing me after my prom and i wish i had paid more attention to that.. but ask all salesclerks and they will help you

hope this helps!
