is it healthy? if not, whats wrong with panera's food

Yes it is very healthy, but it depends on WHAT you eat. You have to order the right salad, soup, and bread. They have nutrition charts there and they will be glad to ask any questions.
I recommend going with an apple or wheat bread instead of the regular bread due to the carbs. It depends on how you want to diet.

hey

i go there like, every night. yes, it is pretty healthy. the nutrition facts for a lot of their foods are on their website. it tastes really good & they have lots of tasty salads.

overall, yeah it's pretty healthy & tastes good :]
