If you pretend as though you don't care, they will relize that what they are saying has no effect on you, and eventually move on. It will suck in the mean time yes, but rememeber what they are saying is a lie. You know the truth, and thats all that matters.

i recently got a small cut on the tip of my tounge. what would be the fastest way to heal it (putting air on it, ice on it, leaving it alone, etc.)??

I would leave your tounge alone. You mouth is the fastest healing. It should heal pretty fast. Don't worry about that.


Oh, fun braces. I had them for 3 years.. they were.. painful at times. I would take a pain relever (spelling). Something that you have in your house :: IBU, Advil.. something like that. When my teeth hurt I put a towl or a wash-cloth in hot water, and put it on my teeth, odd I know, but the heat helped relex my mouth, and it wasn't as painful. Good luck with your braces :]

Me and my friend have been friends for a while and recently she told me about her cusion. i met him and a couple months later we started going out. just last week he broke up with me suddenly because he said he wasnt ready for a girlfriend.(but i think it was someting else) then the next day he e-mailed me back saying he was stupid he did and he still really likes me a lot and misses me. now he is on vacation and he said when he comes home he will have made a decision about going out with me or not. You shouldn't be confused about liking him. If you like him, then honey you like him. Nothing you can do about that. If he askes you out, only you can say yes or no. If you feel as though it can work, and you and him are going to make an effort to see each other & fight for what you have. Then say yes, but then again.. you say you're not sure if he is going to respect you all the time. Honey stop right there, and think about that,.. if he doesn't respect you, then hes a jerk. All guys should respect girls, girlfriend or just friend. If you are worried about him not, then you should ask him about it. Tell him you're worried about him not respecting you, and that you want to make things clear. You WOULD NOT be easy for saying yes to him. You like him, whats easy about that. Liking someone is far from easy. Liking somone, is something you have no control over. No matter what you try to do, you can't stop yourself from liking someone.. even though sometimes we try. Just really think about things before you answer him. Heck, he said he would make a decsion about going out with you. Meaning :: he doesn't even know if he wants to go out with you or not. Keep that in mind while you're making your decsion. "He didn't even know if he wanted to go out with me in the first place, maybe he was just confused like me, or maybe he had to figure out if he liked me." You need to concider all that while you detrimen yes or no.

My period is really haevy this month, and I have to be changing my pad really frequently. What should I do at night?

Use a pad that is made for night time ; they are longer & are more obsorbant (spelling). Make sure the bad as wings. If you still feel uncomfortable with just that pad, you can use an secound pad acorss the back (longways) behind the other bad. A pad without wing is best for that spot, and it will catch anything that happenes to come out the back.


You can try sleeping in a tampon & a pad, you won't get TSS, from sleeping in it. If use corectly you'll be fine. Most people get TSS when they like completely FORGET about the tampon. So don't worry about that. If you use tampons you can try them & if you don't try an over night one, and maybe an extra one in the back if you feel the need :]

Yes you can, and it's a REALLY good idea. The condom helps with protecting from STD's & pregnency & the brith control helps protect you from the pregnency also. It's a good idea :]

hey. I'm 14/f. Me and my ex boyfriend had sex ,i thought it was a good idea at the time and i felt really comfortablewith doing it but now i don't think it was right. There isn't anything you can do that will change the fact that you had sex. You felt comfortable with it, and you were ready (at the time) deff nothing wrong with that. The guy is being stupid about it & trying to be cool. You liked him and he used you, if anything you should be the one calling him names and telling people he's an a$shole, for treating you like that (but you're being the better person and you're not going down to his level).


The only thing you can do really is ignore him, sure he is going to say stuff to you, but remember you didn't do anything wrong, he did. As, for your friends thou, they should support you on anything you do. If they are your true friend they wouldn't be treating you different or acting funny towards you. Ask them about it. Ask them why they are being so funky if they are your best friends. Best friends & heck, just friends should always support you when you need it, and right now you need it (beacuse of what he is doing) & they arn't there for you. Thats not what friends do, and it's deff not nice. So, ask them about it, & see what they say. Maybe they just dont understand why you did have sex with him. Try to explain to them that you liked him alot, and at the time saw nothing wrong with it. Good luck honey & remember you didn't do anything wrong.

As far as the prevention of the sweating. You can't stop yourself from sweating, it's good for you. The more the sweat, the more weight you lose, and the less chance you have of your body becoming dehidrated (spelling). If you want to HELP the sweating of your boob.. deoderant. You use it for under-arm sweating, you can use it for chest-sweating also. You can also use it anyhwhere else you have major sweating,.. say your theighs.

Fourteen Female: I've like this guy for about six months and we've gotten pretty close but no one knows I like him(Greg). I am really good friends with Greg's best friend Mike. If Greg see you as "under his standerds" then you don't need him. No one is too good for anyone. People are not perfect, and should never say they are better then someone else. Makes them seem a little to self-centered. You can always make a relationship work, and sometimes being really good friends.. is even better. I wanna become friends with some of the more popular kids at my school so I can go to some of their crazy parties. I can be really shy so I don`t know how I should go about doing it. If I leave a myspace comment on anything of theirs, I often don`t get anything back.

Secound off :: There is no such thing as "popular" people. They are normal people like you and me. They all breath, eat, and sleep like everyone else. So there is no way.. they could be "better" then anyone else. No one is perfect.. they are just like you and me. Deff. not "popular" sure have more friends.. could be, but sometimes they have friends for the wrong reasons.


Think of it this way..
You change yourself, and the "popular" kids become your friend. You hang out and they like you. Sad thing is, they don't like you. They like who you change into. You're not being yourself, what fun could that be. You should never change yourself for anyone. If they dont like the way you are, then deff. don't need them as friends. Also, "popular" people arn't all what they are said to be. You never know how a group of people act untill you hang out with them. For all you know they could be horribal, and you could end up hating them. If they don't like you now, then you don't need them. Sure sometimes "popular" people could be fun, and accepting towards you, but most of the time, (well as far as I know) the "populars" are just people who think they are better then everyone else, and they arn't. Everyone is the same, and even though you want to have "crazy" parties, those "crazy" parties could be stupid. Don't change yourself. Just be you :]


Just have fun with your friends, make fun parties with them, do stuff you like to do !!

hi, is it normal to feel suicidal if you family are arguing, not just regular rows, but like, heavy, hitting, swearing, etc....? this is getting to be real bad between my sister and mom. and i cant do anything. i hate it! it starts over something small, and turns huge. my sister usually starts it, but my mom doesnt help either. so is it normal for me to feel suicidal, and usually thinking about it?

It's never normal to feel like you want to kill yourself. Sure, you can feel hurt, who wouldn't, people you love are fighting. Try talking to someone about it. About how it all is making you, or even tell your mom that the fighting is making you feel that was about life. You should never kill yourself, no matter what and if you did, it wouldn't help your family situation eather. Your family would be hurt, and confused. So try talking to someone you trust about everything, it will help alot !!
