x_woah_me answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 7:42 pm: I wouldn't say with shorts. Maybe a skirt, or capris. Maybe if the shorts were nicer, then it's deff worth a shot. I deff wouldn't with sweat/gym kinda shorts thou.

Teza answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 7:28 pm: With dressy shorts, yes it will look fine. Also with a skirt, jeans or capris but anyways, they're really cute so it will look fine. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

H3arts_Collid3 answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 3:21 pm: It all depends in your style. I've used flats before with short and cute blouses. In my opinion it looks perfectly fine, even adorable really. I've seen a lot of people wear it too. And dont forget that the color's should match. [ H3arts_Collid3's advice column | Ask H3arts_Collid3 A Question ]
H0LLY_W00D_FAME answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 3:04 pm: Flats as in those flats that used to be in? Or flat sandals? Sandals is okay, but the flats with the covered toe and such will not be okay. Maybe add more to your question so other people will know what your talking about.
