I wouldn't say with shorts. Maybe a skirt, or capris. Maybe if the shorts were nicer, then it's deff worth a shot. I deff wouldn't with sweat/gym kinda shorts thou.

With dressy shorts, yes it will look fine. Also with a skirt, jeans or capris but anyways, they're really cute so it will look fine.

like ballet flats? then i would say not with soffee shorts, but yes with dressier shorts or a skirt. for soffee shorts i would wear flip flops or flat sandals. hope i've helped =D

Personally, I don't think that they would look good. But, that's just me. They would look nice with a dressy skirt, but not shorts.

It all depends in your style. I've used flats before with short and cute blouses. In my opinion it looks perfectly fine, even adorable really. I've seen a lot of people wear it too. And dont forget that the color's should match.

Flats as in those flats that used to be in? Or flat sandals? Sandals is okay, but the flats with the covered toe and such will not be okay. Maybe add more to your question so other people will know what your talking about.
