To be perfectly honest, several things happen through out your life that causes everything to change. For instance, going to a different school, graduating, moving out, getting married. I think the only thing we can do is accept change. Your parents are probably considering divorce because they feel they would be happier apart. If you look at it this way, at least they would be happier in the end. At least they discussed it with you instead of keeping you out of the loop like a lot of parents do.

It's uncommon to find someone you connect with this way, but try to see if there's anything beyond this. What you're describing is an intimate friendship. I have that with a few of my female friends, but we would never date. If things are great where they are, then leave it at that. If you really think it's beneficial to move to the next level, then go for it.

Operas usually sing classical songs that have been around for ages, either that or sing in a musical someone wrote. TRL is read from cue cards as far as I know, and mad TV is a collection of skits written well before the show and rehearsed by the actors. Whose line is it anyway is well-known for being improvised, so they make it up on the spot.

Well, if one of my friends did what you did I'd be pretty pissed. And if they refused to talk to me about it, I'd be even more pissed. And if they bragged about what a sweet, great person they were dating was when they knew I liked the same person, I'd be extremely pissed. And if they made a special note saying that I'm just a friend, I might not even want to be friends anymore.
Well, since you don't want to talk to her after doing this, I wouldn't bother ever calling or talking to her again. I doubt, since you two weren't very close, she values your friendship anymore.

Based on what I read, I really doubt you're "Closterphobic". Besides, an irrational fear of "closters" wouldn't be triggered while someone's performing an MRI on you. I've had one done before, I didn't see any closters.

Okay I'm 14 and there is this guy Patrick (16) he has a crush on me which would be fine because i can survive that but he is also in a wheel chair and thinks that he some big-shot and all the girls at church are disgusted with him (as am I) because you can't get through a meeting with out him raising his eye brows and mouthing something. I have told I have no intrested in him and when I did he just stared at me for months with a look of hatrid almost. He is a very spoiled kid and gets his way no matter what. I don't normaly say things about people that have disabilitys but I am so tempted to stop to my meetings because of him. I don't like him, I've told him, Ignored him, Been completing nice (Bad Idea to be nice made him think I liked him) I have even had my friends to tell him. He just doesn't get it. Don't tell me to tell the adults because they think its so sweet! PLEASE.
Only the Young Women can see what he really is; A spoiled brat. so any advice on how to stop him would very helpful.

I don't think situations like this are very rare. I'm not sure that he feels the same attachment as you, I mean come on. He broke up with you, and didn't even have the descency to tell you. I disagree with you when you say you can never or love anyone else, there's always the possibility you'll meet someone else later on. It's just that since this is the first intimate relationship you had, you think it could never occur again. I think since it ended the way it ended last time, chances are it'll end again in a similar way. I think you should try to get along without him for now. Wait until you've talked to other guys, etc, before you consider getting back together. At least attempt to find closure.

im in love with my guy. all my friends and family members like him and they get along with him pretty well. everyone, except for my older sister. she thinks that hes no good for me and that hes using me. it makes me upset because whenever theyre face to face, she tends to be ignorant towards him.. and a lot of the times, he doesnt want to come over my place because shed be home. ive tried to make her realize that even though him and i go through stuff, that we still love each other and she just needs to accept it. but no matter how much i tell her, she never listens.. and she talks a lot of shit about him as well.. what can i do to have her accept us? I'm sorry to say this, but she may never accept him. Ask her for proof that he's bad for you and see what she says. If what she says doesn't make sense and she hasn't really had a descent relationship, she may just be jealous that her younger sister has one when she doesn't. I know that's pretty mean to say about her without knowing her, and chances are she's just looking out for you, I'm just saying it's a possibility. Try to see her side, and empathize with her.

I love my boyfriend with all my heart. He is the best thing that ever happened to me, but he has this one little problem. He likes to play by the hand a little too much. He doesn't hurt me or anything, but like if I'm sitting at the computer, he will pass by me and knock me upside the head, or flick the back of my neck or something. It doesnt hurt but its really annoying. Sometimes I yell at him because i get so agrivated, but that doesnt seem to help. I also try telling him, but I just think its a really bad habit he has. Next time he does it, kick him in the crotch area. Do this everytime he does it. I guarantee, through negative reinforcement, he will eventually stop in fear of being kicked.

Ok, I babysit for a 5 and 7 year old. Whenever i watch them, they are always very loud and run through the house, just VERY obnoxious. lol. I can get them to sit down and watch a movie for about 15 minutes and then they get bored. They also play sports in their house, hockey on the floor, and play basketball in the hallway. Last time I watched them, they got in a fight... because of hockey (fist fight). Is there a way I can get them to calm down and not to be so loud? Or do something that will calm them down? (link)
