i'm not fat @ all but below my butt i have a little cellulite (eww i hate it) and i was wondering if anyone knows of any creams or excercises that will get rid of that won*t take like 3 months cuz it*s really embarrassing! i rate! pleeease help!

Some workout plans are especially designed for that. For this, I would sugguest doing squats everyday. All you have to do is stand up straight, back straightened but then squat down. (then repeat the process over again) If you work at this, your muscles & cellulite might tighten up. Also try thigh excersizes by laying on your back with your legs in the air. Then open and close them (like scissors) over and over. This should help tighten the muscles.

I'm having a summer party and I need advice! I looked at some of the other questions you've answered and I decided to ask you! Well, I am having a party but it might be really lame if I don't think of some stuff to do! I'm inviting 12 people. 7 girls and 5 boys. My friend says a good party should have spin the bottle!? I don't know what to do! Please help me! *****

A good party doesn't have to have spin the bottle. That game is dumb and gross and you don't need it to have a fun party..try games that everyone can be included in like twister, the limbo, outdoor sports etc. Or you can just play music. Tell everyone to bring their favorite CD and you can listen to a song off each persons cd. Watching a movie might be fun too. Heres a list of some cool movies that you might want to play at your party:

I'm fighting w/ my guy friend from out of town. I'm going to visit in a few weeks to see all my other friends. But i really wanna see him too bc i'm not sure when i'll have the chance to see him again. But right now we aren't talking. Thats how bad this thing is...i totally screwed up, but he did too! he doesnt realize it tho. what should i do? should i talk to him? or write a letter to his house?

I would definitely call him before you go over to his house but I sugguest you talk to him face to face. He really needs to see your expression to see how sincere you are. Your words should be gentle, something like: Listen, I know you're mad at me, but I'm sorry and I don't want this to happen because I love you. That should make him talk to you again. I have a new boyfriend. He used to be a good friend of my but we started to have feelings for eachother. I know this question may be a bit cliche` but things are awkward. It just so happens he's my first REAL boyfriend & I'm not used to what's going on. Tonight's our first day & I'm started to have second thoughts. I miss how things were when the two of us were friends but I'm afraid that if I end things, they'll never be the same.

Being a boyfriend and girlfriend shouldn't be all that different that being friends...you two will hang out as friends and as a couple. Just because you are going out with him doesn't mean you can't be friends, and just because youre friends, doesn't mean you can't be boyfriend and girlfriend. Well, if she dumped you, I am guessing she doesn't like you anymore. You should try to move on and find another girl because I bet there are tons of girls out there who would be lucky to be your girlfriend.

i have an emergency question, im going to the pool in 45 minutes with my friend and im on my period. tampons are so uncomfortable for some reason, but my period is extremely light. i was wondering if i could get away with no tampon

No, probably not. You wouldn't want any to leak out! It would be embarressing...try wearing the smallest size tampon if you can!! Good Luck!

Hey how can u tell your dad and mom that u have a boyfriend and i can tell my friends that type of thing when i have a boyfriend how should i tell them?

This is what I sometimes do- before I go to bed, I go into my moms room and we usually talk. Start out as a casual conversation like, "Okay mom I'm going to bed. But oh yeah- today in school we did this really cool project...and blah blah blah and so on..." Then say like you forgot to say it earlier- "Oh yeah and, theres this really cute boy at school and I really like him and he likes me too!!" okay ive known these girls for a very long time but this year we started to be best friends. we always did stuff with each other and had sleepovers every weekend. but lately they both have been getting mad at each other and they both turn to me to either invite over without the other or for advice. i feel uncomfortable because i don't want to get in the middle and i want to keep both for friends. i want to be as close as we used to be. how do i make that happen? help!

I think you should talk to one of your friends privately and ask them whats going on. Make sure they know that you are concerned about them and that you really like to hang out with them both together. Then go talk to your other friend about the same thing. Then I would sugguest going somewhere all together and try to talk this thing out because you can't avoid it forever. I know you don't want to get into the middle of it, but you might have to if you ever want you all to be friends again. Good Luck!

Everyone in my classes thinks I'm the smartest girl in the class (which i think i am..) I'm on math olympiad, and science olympiad. Whenever i make a mistake on a test or quiz, everyone is always suprised and says "(my name)! YOU made a mistake!? This is very akward..." So whenever i make a mistake, i feel real stupid b\c ppl that are liek way dumber than me did better! Whatever should i do johanna?

Well....that happens to me too and its really annoying but you need to let them know that you're only human. If they do that again, say: "Hey! I'm not perfect! I'm only human. I make mistakes. Gosh..." If you can, try to make a little humor out of it and act like its no big deal. If you laugh and say, "Well I'm not Bill Gates.." or something like that, they will see that it does not bother you and they will leave you alone.

There are these 4 girls at my skool that think im in love with this guy. I actually HATE him. he called me a b**** once, i think that gives me a good enough reason to hate him. anyway, we were playing lacrosse in skool one day and one of the girls through this really bad pass to me and so i missed it. She said "(my name) you need to get your mind off of (his name)!" She blamed it all on my "thoughts." OMG i wish she would just disappear into the bad place below! actually, i want all of them in the bad place below... What am i supposed to do to make her stop!? I've already tried telling her that i hate him, but she says "sure, whatever you say," UGGGG what am i going to do!?

I think you need to tell her to shut up because she desserves it real bad. You need to tell them that they are being babies by teasing you and that they are acting like retards because they are not listening to you. You could even try going up to the person you hate while the girls are there and say, " (name) I don't like you!" and walk away. If they keep teasing you, just ignore them. They are losers and they need to get a life and stop thinking about your life.

Well, if it was me, I would turn around and punch that guy so hard until he was knocked out. But thats probably not the best thing to do...If hes your age, then you need to talk to him and be really strong and firm. Raise your voice really loud and yell at him especially if people are around. Yell really loud, "(name), I'm tired of you doing this. You stop this right now or I will tell the police! What you are doing is illegal and you could get in trouble with the law for it. If you don't stop, I'm telling the principal, counselar, etc.!!!" But if this guy is older than you, make sure you tell an adult because he could be a serious creep. P.S.you could arrest him for it

i use to cut alot but after i started goin out w/ this one guy i stopped for him. We broke up after 6 months and for this whole past year every time ive wanted to cut i've thought of him and would think about how much he would hate it if i started again. Well im still in love w/ him and i finally got the courage to call him and tell him. He told me that did love me and that really broke my heart and i've been wanting to cut really bad but i don't know what to do!someone plz help!!!!

I used to think about cutting alot too. But just ask yourself: What does it do for you? Whats the point of it? Is it going to make me a better person? No, its not, and you're way better than that. You don't need a guy to complete you and you don't need a guy to get you to stop cutting. You could really get hurt if you start to cut again. My friend cut her wrists so much she had to go to the hospital in this treatment center. Of course you will find another boyfriend because there IS someone out there who cares about you and probably doesn't want you to cut either. Good Luck!

Well my family is a family with 5 kids. We are running sort of low on money. How couild I help them out. I mean my mom could nopt even buy shampoo the other day!

Well, you can try to get a part time job if you are old enough. Our if you are too young to get a job, try to do jobs around your neighborhood. Ask neighbors if they could use any help with yard work. Then you could do the work (rake leaves, mow lawn, etc) for money. Or you can start a baby sitting job. Post flyers around your neighborhood to let people know you're available for pet or baby sitting. Good luck.

Yes, I think you should. There is no use in hiding your feelings from him. Maybe he will even feel the same way. Make sure you make plans to hang out with him so you can know him better and he can know you better. Good Luck!

Yes! It is! It can rot your teeth and cause you to gain weight. It doesn't hurt to drink it occasionally though, just not every day.

Just try to never be mean in the first place, whenever you are about to say something not so nice, stop yourself and think about how much you care about that person, how much they care about you and all the things they have done for you.
