i have an emergency question, im going to the pool in 45 minutes with my friend and im on my period. tampons are so uncomfortable for some reason, but my period is extremely light. i was wondering if i could get away with no tampon

My mom does it as well, in fact, she gave me the tip when i got it in Florida! Noone will know you have it because it stops once you hit water, so, you will not have blood around you or anything! Itll be soooo fine if you do not wear a tampon. Hope i helped and have fun! [ CoRyIzMuHLoVeRaNdFrIeNd's advice column | Ask CoRyIzMuHLoVeRaNdFrIeNd A Question ]

I have friends who do it all the time, and its known that if you stay in the water, you'll be fine. Be careful when you get out though, because once your out of water, not immediately, but still, it will come back agian. But, in the water, you're fine. Good Luck. <3 Lana. xoRachel answered Friday July 8 2005, 6:52 pm: probably not. if you're swimming it'll start coming around you and the blood will be in the water so everyone would be able to know you had your period... you probably wouldnt be able to get away with it. :( [ xoRachel's advice column | Ask xoRachel A Question ]
