I find that I am full of things to say and write, yet I never feel I give good advice, and I am almost lacking in critiqueing (sp?) skills. I have alot to say but I feel I am just hurting myself by not starting to give advice or at least make attempts to critique pieces of artwork.
where can I take a start to begin giving some advice, I want to get better and eventaully be able to verbalize exactly how I feel about a particular piece (even though a large part of me will almost always see and understand what is going on, I take a subjective view and can just "understand")

Well, it's been, like, eight months since I've been dating this guy, Dane. He's really sweet and funny... And he's my second boyfriend, so this is kind of big for me to have been dating someone for so long like this.
The farthest we've been is holding hands, and we used to hold hands all the time at basketball games and stuff, in front of all of our friends. People would laugh and make fun of us, but we would just laugh along because in our minds, we both know they have never felt like this before.
Well, when we first began going out, he used to tell some of his friends (who told me) that he was going to kiss me soon, but that never happend. Now, he doesn't even hold my hand anymore like he used to. I'm just afraid; is he embarrassed? Is he scared? Or is he just not very interested in me anymore as much as he used to be?

I have a Vivitar DVR-510 camcorder and I've had it since Christmas. But I don't know how to make it a webcam. I hook it into the USB port and press Webcam but then nothing happens. My dad said I needed to run the software CD so I did. Nothing happened.
Is there anyone else out there with the same problem? Or does anyone PLEASE have a solution? Thanks. (link)

my kitten got out last night & he always stays in the backyard whenever he gets out. its been a day now and he's still not home. i walked in some of my development tonight and i asked people if they've seen him and noone has. this isn't like my cat because he is very attached to me so i know if he was looking for my house, he'd be home by now. i can't stop crying because i really miss him. tomorrow im going to put flyers up for him. is there anything else i can do? he only has a collar and no name tag because we havent gotten the chance to get him one. everyone keeps telling me he will be home in a few days but i really want him home now. yeah, try the local animal shelter. also, put its regular food and water, in your back yard or something. is he is in the area, and confused, he will go to the food. make sure you put the fliers up as soon as possbile. so yeah, good luck

i submitted this question once already but it like didn't go through so i fixed it up a bit..
alright well..
one of my friends has very strict parents. so they were looking at her search history and found her myspace. they also found mine.
i'm not aloud to have a myspace. my parents made it very clear that if i had one, i'd be in deep trouble. i wouldnt be allowed on the computer for a long time and when i am allowed to my parents would watch my every move. so on AIM, i cant talk to anyone about private stuff.
i deleted my account already but i dont know what to do. my friends dad said hes going to tell my parents. her dad is going to say he saw it a few days ago so there's no hiding that i actually did have one.
i really don't know what to do. i don't want to get in trouble and loose my computer rights. last resort would be to come clean but i don't want to have to do that. i need to get out of this situation. i really need help, and FAST!! please, does anyone have any advice?

i think it would be way better if you just told them about your myspace.
that way they wouldnt have to find out from someone else and think that your doing stuff behind theyre back cause they might begin to become a lot stricter with you.
plus its better to find out form you than someone else.

I reccently met a kid over myspace. He lives in Germany, but speaks near perfect English. First we talked through Myspace comments, and then we exchanged MSN addresses. We talked for 7 hours straight on MSN. Of course, since there is a time difference, he actually stayed up til 5 in the morning to talk to me. I was considering going out for a jog so I told him I had to go for a while. He started to say, "Are you going to be back? When? I'd be glad if you were back soon." So instead I decided to stay. We talked about everything, and he told me he had over 100 candles in his room. I told him that it'd be cool to see what they looked like at night. So he went and lit ALL of the candles, and took pictures of them that minute, just for me. He also sent me some pictures of him, and shared a poem with me that he hadn't shared with many people. He told me I was pretty and described in detail why. But then he started to joke with me, and call me ugly and "sir." I know he was just kidding though- it's his sense of humor.
Sometimes we' get bored in the conversation and we both wouldn't know what to say. Finally when he had to go, he wrote " (link)

yes, it sounds like he does like you. if he goes out of his way for you & does those things, it shows he cares.
you may or may not ever meet him in real life, but don't EVER lose hope. you're so close to being old enough to have your own life, and lead things your way. you're 15. that's old. maybe if you guys keep talking, you can one day meet him. if you both stay loyal. but if he bails for some reason, he wasn't worth it. but it sounds like he is.
due to the time differences, just email each other. write long, extensive emails about everything & send it. when he gets a chance, he'll respond. this is what i do with my busy friends who i can't IM all the time.
he sounds real. dont lose him if you really like him. & he won't lose you if he really likes you.

I've been eating one meal a day. I know this is probably not healthy...and I'm not doing it to diet. I just can't stop. I didn't have breakfast or lunch 2 days in a row and when i returned home I had a dinner which barely consisted of anything. I really am not dieting although I am overweight...I am content with myself. I'm sure this is not healthy but I do drink lots of water and juices. Can anything bad happpen to me? (link)

well honestly, its not good to only eat 1 meal a day...and you should try to eat a little bit for the other meals of the day. And trust me, not eating doesnt help you loose wait: eventually what happens is one day (sometime) you will feel the urge to just eat everything you get your hands on and then you could feel sick and possibly want to starve yourself...like go bolimic or anorexic. I am not trying to scare you or anything, but my friend had that happen to her so i am trying to warn you. it is good that your drinking lots of water and juice though! :-)GoOd LuCk!!!

well, it depends on how old you are. if you are a proper age and know the risks and consequences of having sex, like the possibility of being pregnant, & no matter WHAT you do, there is ALWAYS a chance you can get pregnant... then if you want to, then do it.
if you are younger than 16, no. you shouldn't have sex. 16 is young enough. i still think it's too young to be having sex because 16-year-olds and even some 17-year-olds are not mature enough to take responsibility for their actions, and the risk of getting pregnant is not even worth it because they aren't truly in love. that's why there are so many underage pregnancies.
if you don't want to have sex, say no. and if he persists, either ignore him, say NO everytime, or get parental / school help.
it's up to you.

no. not only girls with big breasts get saggy boobs. all girls do.
yes. there is a way. wear a bra with every shirt when you begin to see the signs of a developing breast. make sure the bra is fitted properly. that way, when they grow, they will grow to fit the bra & you'll have perfect boobies.
um... no excercise or foods can help saggy boobs. if they already grew, it's kinda sorta too late. just keep wearing a bra so that if they grow anymore, they'll be less saggy.
probably after puberty will they be saggy if you didn't wear a bra when you were younger. they might begin to sag as you age, around 30s or 40s unless you are very small-breasted. example: rachael ray. ha

Someone had asked a question about acne probs here, and one of the advices said something about crushing aspirin and adding lemon juice to it and dabbing it to the affected areas on the face.
How many aspirin thingies and how much lemon juice are we talking about here?...

well idk who said that, but i know what they are talking about! lol ok get some lemon juice and crushed up advil and put as much lemon juice mixed with the advil until it make kind of a paste, if you have a lot of acne then i would suggest starting out with about 4 advil and then move up from there. I have never tried lemon juice before with advil, but i know that water and advil works because my friend tried it. I also heard that if you dab a little toothpaste onto some pimples it burns them off!!! that's what celebs use i guess. GoOd LuCk!!!

guys like tall girls but not normally ones that look taller than themselves...
so if you go for a tall guy then that would be good
also since the year is pretty much over im assuming 9th grade is high school for your area since it is for most. in high school there are sooo many more taller guys, especiallly sophmores and in my school freshamn and sophomores go out a lot.
dont do anything to look shorter then only thing you could do to be shorter is bad posture, which is just such a turn off. wear really flat soled shoes and that the best thing you could do

Well, I think that you should take a risk and one time while you are hanging out with them, try to act like you do when you feel funny lol, see how they react to it. Try being the one who was "the star of the show" for once and bring up your favorite topics that dont get you bored...for me, interesting topics get me going on "funny mode" lol :-) GoOd LuCk!!!

Okay so I was talking to this guy from school last night and he just so happens to be the hottest guy in the grade. We've talked a few times in school but we aren't tight or anything.
So this is how the conversation went:

Complete and total honesty lol: well, usually guys WILL put their names in their lists of "popular, good looking, nice, ladies man...etc" but for a guy to come out and just say something romantically random (if that makes any sense) when you say you're bored then i would categorize him as another way of saying "i am available!!!!" also pay attention to the list, is it short? are the guys on it cute or not? well i hoped i helped lol and GoOd LuCk!!!
