Wearing a bra or not won't determine your ending breast size
Not wearing a bra your whole life yes will make you kind of saggy but it is not the main cause
As women age, it is natural for their breasts to sag. It just happens. Some people sag a lot, some very little, and even more people you cant tell because they have a lifting bra or they get surgeries to reduce the saggy appearence like a lift or implants.
Staying fit will help you in many ways, and even in this aera (a large person will have saggy-er breasts)
Large breasted people are more prone to be saggy, but people with small ones can still sag.
Usually before menopause they'll start sagging, mid to late 30s and up. It really all depends on your body.

Girls do NOT get saggy boobs just from not wearing a bra. That's incorrect. There are a lot of reason for getting saggy boobs and one is genetics. Some women have perky boobs their whole lives while others start to sag from the very beginning.
It's true that not ONLY girls with big breasts get saggy boobs, but most girls with big breasts (that are natural) have sagging problems because of one simple word: gravity. The heavy weight of the breasts simply pull them down and give them a saggy look.
The only way I can think of to prevent sagging breasts (that is, if you are going to get them eventually), is to get a breast augmentation when they start to sag. Pricey and painful, but may be worth it? As for exercises, I can only think of that one machine where you pull your arms together and lift the weights behind you. That may increase the muscle behind the breasts and lift them a bit. No foods lift breasts.
All girls are different. As I said, some get saggy boobs as soon as they start growing the, some wait until they get in their 30s, and some never sag. Generally the 30's is when everything starts to sag in women. It can also come after pregnancy or a lot of weight loss.
Here's an example: my best friend has large breasts and she can't remember them NOT sagging. However, my sister went from an A cup to a C cup after having a baby and hers are still perky as ever.

you get saggy boobs by not wearing a bra when they begin to develop.
no. not only girls with big breasts get saggy boobs. all girls do.
yes. there is a way. wear a bra with every shirt when you begin to see the signs of a developing breast. make sure the bra is fitted properly. that way, when they grow, they will grow to fit the bra & you'll have perfect boobies.
um... no excercise or foods can help saggy boobs. if they already grew, it's kinda sorta too late. just keep wearing a bra so that if they grow anymore, they'll be less saggy.
probably after puberty will they be saggy if you didn't wear a bra when you were younger. they might begin to sag as you age, around 30s or 40s unless you are very small-breasted. example: rachael ray. ha [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
