all i can tell you is go to the doctor cuz they are best for everything !! well also what my mom makes me when my throut hurts is she gets some sugar and melts it and then she puts milk with it and then you drink it ... also my friend told that you can get water and put salt in it and gurgle it in your mouth !! well hope i helped !!

Q: Well, I'm 13, 4'11 and 140 lbs. I think and feel really overweight. I love playing alcrosse and that takes alot of running. When we practiced we had 2 run a mile and I would always be the last one(( I just couldnt keep up )). When lacrosse ended I promised myself I would keep running to stay in shap but I couldnt stick with it. Ive tried running on the tredmill but again, I couldnt stick with it. So, Can anyone help me find ways to lose weight and be able to run faster and longer?!? I ostly need to get a flatter stomach, thinner legs and thighs, and lose some weight on my arms. Thank you soo much to anyone who can help me!! I will rate high for good answers!!

well you can do sit ups ' push ups ' crunches ' sence you cant stick with running try jogging !! but i really dont know how you can loose arm weight sorry !! well thats all i got !!
