Losing weight

Question Posted Wednesday November 30 2005, 6:16 pm

Well, I'm 13, 4'11 and 140 lbs. I think and feel really overweight. I love playing alcrosse and that takes alot of running. When we practiced we had 2 run a mile and I would always be the last one(( I just couldnt keep up )). When lacrosse ended I promised myself I would keep running to stay in shap but I couldnt stick with it. Ive tried running on the tredmill but again, I couldnt stick with it. So, Can anyone help me find ways to lose weight and be able to run faster and longer?!? I ostly need to get a flatter stomach, thinner legs and thighs, and lose some weight on my arms. Thank you soo much to anyone who can help me!! I will rate high for good answers!!
