oneandonly345 answered Wednesday November 30 2005, 4:37 pm: if you have the elastic things and the end, push them up so they are about mid-calf.
and then have them sitting on your hips, if not a little lower.
not to baggy.
i have done this with some one mine::
i paint splattered them.
they look really cute.
i have a bright pink pair (from victoria's secret) and i splattered green, yellow, and blue paint. and put hand prints on the butt.. guys loved it.
Victoria's Secret has some really cute ones.

hopeihelped answered Wednesday November 30 2005, 4:05 pm: Low riding, not too baggy, don't look sloppy, don't wear them with a tee shirt. Don't have messy hair or not enough makeup. Wear bright lip colors and thin, dark eyeliner. [ hopeihelped's advice column | Ask hopeihelped A Question ]
sizzlinmandolin answered Wednesday November 30 2005, 12:50 pm: Sweat pants that aren't baggy and sweat pants that have a low rise waistline and aren't tight around the ankles can be pretty sexy, on girls AND on guys. There isn't much you can do to the sweatpants that you already have (it looks silly if you roll them), but you can always buy a tighter pair. If the ankles are tight you can cut them, that looks pretty cool. I hope I helped and good luck! [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
Docholliday answered Wednesday November 30 2005, 1:26 am: There is not really a good way to do that, unless you cut them to make short shorts or something, or have them tailored. The only thing i can think of is to where a sexy top with them, and just generally having self confidence is sexy no matter what you are wearing. Umm... maybe wera them kind of low on the waist so you have some tummy showing. I don't know how I possibly just helped you, but there ya go, good luck.
