im 4'11 too and im a b-36 and im 15. my mom has bigg boobs and i think thats why im soo skinny wit boobs. their not done growing. look at all your family and if most of them have boobs then mostly likey you will too. you might not get them till your older but youll get them

hey! dont worry, your boobs arent done growing, and they wont be for a while. they still grow when you're pregnant. so dont worry about that. boobs grow for a long time, and they also most likely grow if you gain weight. so just be pacient, they'll grow some more.
