i just want peoples opinions if this sounds like friends with benefits to me.. it doesn't. I just got out of a long relationship awhile ago and this guy ive known since 8th grade, started talking more and we use the term were "friends with benefits"

5. He have NOT actually hooked up YET he works a lot and i work a lot and were always busy.. we talk about hooking up though

'Friends with benefits' is generally when you have a friend who you end up having sex and/or making out with on a regular basis. I might add that from my personal experience, these kinds of relationships never work, especially when extra feelings develop.
I suggest you talk to him. None of us know him or what he's thinking. If you like him, you'll only feel worse if you carry on with a friendship like this knowing that he doesn't feel the same. You need to be honest with each other.
The nude pictures thing is worrying. As you are under 18, what you are doing is actually illegal. There have been stories of teens who have actually got into trouble with the law as these images are classed as indecent. As this guy is 20, he could get into even more serious trouble as not only is he looking at pornographic images of a minor, he's sending you ones of himself. I would highly advise you destroy these images and refrain from taking any more until you are 18.

i know the underlying muscle is still there, just covered by a layer of fat
i need an exercise/diet routine to follow to make it so i don't lose any weight but maybe take some inches off/get as close to a six pack as possible

As you are in recovery, I would strongly suggest that you consult your doctor before starting any excercise or diet as he/she will be able to give you proper and safe advice. You need to be very careful as what starts out as a simple excercise routine can quickly escalate with eating disorders, as you probably know. I wouldn't risk starting something yourself without professional advice as it could be very dangerous.

people usually say im pretty skinny, but i have 36 D's and i have a hard time standing up straight and supporting them because i already have back problems without the boobs. im pregnant though, so theyll probably get even bigger...

I'd really reccomend that you go and get properly measured and fitted at a specialist store such as Bravissimo. You will get fitted by a trained member of staff who will be able to advise you on the best types for your frame and size. I'd also just add that it is worth spending a little bit extra on a good quality bra because you will find it to be much more supportive as well as long-lasting.

I was a virgin until March of this year (I'm 17) and my boobs have always been the same size since I was about 15 and then suddenly within the past month and a half they grew almost a cup size, I had noticed it one day and mentioned it to my boyfriend (who also noticed) and he said it was probably from sex? There is no correlation between sex and breast size (excluding when sex leads to pregnancy). It is just a coincidence.

Ok well I've had this bizarre rash for a while. I'd say about a month. When I first got it it was all red and I thought it might be a spider bite because I live in the mountains. After that, it got all pale white in the center and the red ring remained. My friend told me that it looked like ringworm but I've been putting topical cream on it and it hasn't gone away yet. It's started to fade over the weeks and I thought that maybe it would go away completely.
Today I finally decided to find something that would work on this kind of bite but I was shocked to find that it could be potentially dangerous. The picture of my arm is recent, but the rash was a lot more red before. I live in an area with ticks and it is summer so I guess that it would make sense. I live in southern california by the way. Does anyone know if this could be lyme disease?

Although we can all hazard guesses at what it could be, the only person who can give you a conclusive diagnosis is a trained medic.
I highly suggest you go and see your doctor because if this is something serious, it really isn't worth risking going on guesses.

Unless the distance between the relatives is cousins at the very least, incest is illegal. Even with cousins, the chances of genetic defects in any children are significently raised.

In any case, incest is illegal and I would be incredibly concerned about your friend's safety and wellbeing. I probably have the biggest breasts in my grade but, I don't like to show them off because of this weird red pattern that resembles claw marks located around my breasts.. is that because they're growing too fast? Is it permanent?
They sound like stretch marks, which are completely normal. Most girls get them during puberty because certain areas of their body (i.e breasts, thighs, and hips) grow very quickly. They are also hugely common in pregnant woman as obviously, the skin on their stomach has to stretch alot in a small space of time. The marks occur when the body grows faster than the skin, resulting in harmless tears in the skin's surface.
Unfortunately, stretch marks never completely disappear but they do fade to a silvery colour which is pretty much invisible to those who don't know they're there. This is a natural process which happens over time, but there are things you can to do speed it up.
I would really reccomend hunting down some Bio Oil, which is specially formulated for scars and stretch marks. Massaging this into the area once or twice a day should help them to fade alot faster. If you can't get hold of any Bio Oil, then a rich moisturiser such as cocoa butter will have a similar effect.
Just remember that they are completely normal and if you asked around, you'd probably find that alot of your friends have similar marks.

ok so im on birth control and take it every night at 8:00 but maybe once a week i will take it at like 10:00 or really late because i will be at work (waitressing) and forget or something throws me off. anyways last night me and my boyfriend had sex and he came inside me (he usually does- although we have quit doing that as much as we use too b/c it raises chance of pregnancy) and last night was one of the nights i took my birth control a few hours after my regular time. how bad is that to do?
You have nothing to worry about. Actually, as long as you take it within 12 hours you should be protected - although it's not smart to do that regularly. Two hours really isn't a cause for concern.

Fortunately for you, the answers below me are incorrect. If you are taking Birth Control effectively (and remember that sickness/diarrhea and antibiotics can affect it) then the chances are not high, around less than 1%. It's safe to use Birth Control without a condom (unless you are not sure if your partner has STD's, in which case you should always use one), so while there is a miniscule chance, you most likely have nothing to worry about.

I'm a teenager and I'm pretty sure I know about a fair few more things than boys, sex, makeup, periods, discharge and tampons. Like Laura below me, I know I'm not the only one on here. Having said that, I do know ALOT about those things..because they're pretty central to the female teenage life.
I've been on this site for five years and it's ALWAYS had a lot of teenage users. Why? Because teenagers are going through the most distressing and turbulent experiences they've ever had. As an adult, you learn that getting your heart broken isn't the end of the world and how the body works.
I was fairly lucky in my upbringing that my Mum was incredibly open and honest with me and answered all the questions I had about sex and puberty, but many don't have the same experience. Although it's easy to look down on a 13-year-old for wanting to know what's going on with her body when it starts white fluid from embarrassing areas, imagine how she must be feeling, having absolutely no idea what's wrong with her.
Personally, I feel that answering those naive and ill-informed questions we see on this website IS the sensible option. We're here to give advice and answer questions for people who don't know where else to go for help. Of course it's tedious to see the same questions repeated time and time again but there ARE 'better' ones, you just need to look for them. The moderators do a great job of rating questions, which means that the less-than-brilliant ones tend to be quickly removed.
As for people GIVING advice, yes, there are some stupid answers from people who don't really know what they're talking about. Think you can do better? Then correct them. For truly terrible advice, we have an abuse report system. I happen to be a L2 moderator, which means I deal with these reports and I can assure you we do deal with those giving incorrect or dangerous advice.
So yes, in short, there are a lot of teenagers on here. It's nothing new and they certainly aren't all stupid and narrow minded. There are plenty of 'sensible' people here, see my favourite columnists list for a small selection. Masturbation and periods are completely unrelated. Most girls get their periods between the ages of 11 and 16, although it's not unheard of to get it earlier or later. It really just depends on you and your genes. Try asking your mum/aunt/grandma when they got their periods as this can be an indicator. Generally, if you're starting to develop breasts and pubic hair, your period won't be far off. You don't need to worry unless you get to around 18 and still haven't got it.

Tampons. I used pads for about two months before switching and never went back. They take a while to get used to but they are much less obstructive and more comfortable than pads. I use Tampax. If you're just starting out using them then they do a special range which are designed for starters. They are slimmer and smaller to help you get used to them.

ok, so yesterday I went to davids bridal and found 2 dresses I really like. I tried on the first dress, and it was pretty when I looked in the mirror, but inside I felt like it was just another wedding dress, and I didnt feel like myself....but the 5 girls that were with me all really loved it and thought it was beautiful.
THEN, I tried on a beautiful princess looking dress, with lots of tulle in the skirt, and the top was a beautifully beaded Halter. Not only did I think I looked pretty, but i FELT beautiful in it, I couldnt stop smiling!!

every single person preferred the 1st dress over this one.
Yesterday when I tried on those two dresses, the pretty poofy princess dress made me feel the prettiest, and I basically had my mind made up that thats the one I wanted for sure.
