I have the first symptoms of an eating disorder (yes this can be in Mental Health, it's a mental problem not a physical problem) and I'm really worried

I might sound crazy right now but there's this constant battle in my head. One part of me is saying not to do it that I should go and eat and the other is saying no! don't eat it's not worth getting fat.

I have no one I could talk to and except for parents and they would go crazy.
Ughh It's driving me crazy! I don't want to go and eat for then to realise I shouldn't have done and then go and binge and bring it all back up. Please help me.

you have to eat, its better to be a little over weight that a little under, i think. just make sure when you eat its healthy. and i am not talking a carrot for a meal, i mean maybe a salad or some pretzles, some special K cereal, some carrots and ranch dip, a low carb bagel with low fat cream cheese, an apple with peanut butter and rasions. cut back on the candy and sodas!

water helps alot! try, when your hungry, to drink a lot of water, and then eat, the water will fill you up, and is also much better for you than the sodas and other sweet drinks!

i would have to say, in my own oppinion, you should stay with the one you have veen with for nearly 3 years. there is a good relationship there, with trust, and doesnt 3 years tell you something? the other guy had sex with you BEFORE asking you out, say anything there? maybe the other guy is in it for what he is getting out of it, the 3year guy doesnt sound like that. and also with the 3year guy, he found another girl, then went back to you! that should say something, the other girl wasnt as good as you, and he wants you back! you also mentioned that this was an off and on relationship, but that again shows that he wants to be with you over any of the other girls that he "found" and "tried out" the other guy that you sorta like now, that will come and go your whole life, even after marrige, most likely, but you just have to stop and think "should i be with this guy who i dont know, and who i havent been in a good relationship with, or this guy who i have been with for years, through the good and the bad, and who has always come back to me? the guy who i and him have both worked to keep our long relationship going?"

Does it harm a baby's immune system to kiss on them.

i highly doubt it, as long as you dont kiss it with open mouth, and i wouldnt on the lips at that young, or on the eyes. but i dont think other than that it would be a problem, just make sure that your face and hands are clean when you touch the baby! they need to know you love them! :)

works awesome for me and my mom, we use it daily, and see a differnce in a few days to a week! :) once you get color, you cant stop using it, continue to use it, and after you put it on, let it dry, dont go to bed or put on clothes. and make sure that you dont get too conseded and think that you are darker than you are, you dont want to use one that is too dark!

well, for the period, consider your self lucky, its a mess, and craps are horrible, so are the mood swings and zits.

for your chest, use a support bra, maybe with some padding or a under-wire. dont worry though, if you like a guy, he should like you regardless of your chest size. if he only likes you because of that, you need to find another guy.

and for the young looking thing, try using a little make-up? maybe some mascara, just a little though, maybe a light pink or nutral, like a sandy color eyeshadow, and a little bronzer.

After I'm in the sun for 3 or more hours, with suntan lotion on, later that day or the next day I develop these bumps on my arms, back, and chest that looks like pimples! Are these just pimples? How do i get them to go away?

i get that too, i just shower. i think it is just because you sweat when you are outsite tanning, because its hot outside, then the sweat gets into your pores and it clogs them, and then causes a pimple,same as on your face!

try using nutregna body clear body scrub, thats what i use!

i know how you feel! i've been there too! there are always the ups and the downs. what i did was, try to concentrate on the whole "helping people" thing. feel good, that at the end of the day, you know that you at least tried to help people! and i know, its like voulenteer work, its just not as good unless you are getting paied.
