late bloomer? omg!
hey im 13 and i still havent had my period... and also everyone in my grade has breasts and i am still a little flat and this bothers me like heck! and my friend all had theirs when they were 12... i cant go to a PG-13 unless i am with my friends cuz i dont look that old. and this is summer and i want a summer love, not a little 11 year old!! NEED HELP!

well, for the period, consider your self lucky, its a mess, and craps are horrible, so are the mood swings and zits.
for your chest, use a support bra, maybe with some padding or a under-wire. dont worry though, if you like a guy, he should like you regardless of your chest size. if he only likes you because of that, you need to find another guy.
and for the young looking thing, try using a little make-up? maybe some mascara, just a little though, maybe a light pink or nutral, like a sandy color eyeshadow, and a little bronzer.
