Over the summer I've lost like 10 pounds. But my arms are like fat and it really bugs me. I lift weights once and a while (10lbs,my parents won't get anything more). What are some other excersices and stuff I can do to make them smaller? Thanks in advance. i'll rate

my boyfriend went to college on thursday.. hes a freshman.. and im a junior in high school. he went out lastnite n stayed out til 5 am n didnt go to bed til 7 am..im wondering what he did in between those hours..and i dont want him to be out partyin all the time cause i know he'll cheat on me. as much as he says he wont..i really think he will. we wont be able to see eachother alot because hes away at school..should i worry? please help ill rate high

Ok, so here's the deal, I have this REALLY good guy friend, I mean he's like my best friend. Well, he just recently broke up with his girlfriend, and it looks like they aren't gonna get back together like he wants to.Well... I have started kinda liking him. Well, last night, me and two of my other friends went over to his house while one of his other friends was there. Well, he kept flirting withme, and like touching me and stuff,then I was like "Let's play truth or dare" and he goes "I dare myself to have 7 minutes in heaven with -my name-" so, I kinda just laughed.. but, he was serious, and so was everybody else in the room. So, we go in the closet, and they shut us in. Well, I didn't think he liked me, and I didn't think anything would happen. Then, he started touchingme, and like pullin me closer, and we starting kissing (this was my first kiss),then we started making out and he was like touching my butt and everything. Then, we get out of the closet, when our time is up, and a little while later he started talkin to his friend privately, and I found out that he told his friend that he was gonna ask me out. Then, we went back in the closet for a few more minutes.. and that was it. But, I'm so confused, cause this was last night, and he hasn't asked me out, and he has said a few things about his ex-girlfriend. I don't know what to think.. and I feel so crappy cause I really dolike him alot.. and I just wish he would ask me out. Sorry this was so long, but if anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, and I'll rate 5's. Thanks.

Maybe give it time. He may be nervous that you would say no. And give him time to get over his ex. Maybe he didn't say anything to you right away because he was still hurting inside because of his ex. Good luck! Hope I helped!

At my school, each grade level has a color. && they wear this color every friday during football season. So as a Sophmore I have to wear a grey shirt. I dont know what to write on it. Give me a catchy phrase or slogan or something to put on my shirt, please. Thanks.

Depending on your school mascot, find a word that rhymes with it. Or you could decorate your shirt with ribbions and/or glitter and/or sequins. That's bound to get you noticed. Good luck! Hope I helped!

Hmm, I don't know where to start. I'm 15 years old i have 2 older bro's 18 and 22 and a younger sister 13. Most of my problems is with my oldest brother. He doesn't do anything just sits at home, doesn't have a job and just gets everything from my parents and never works for anyof it. It pee's me off because I have payed for everything i have i'v been working since i was 10. Me and my oldest bro get into fights about everything and even the smallest thing leads into a fist fight.. every little thing i get yelled at by either my parents or bro/sis. I can't take getting yelled at everyday getting into fist fights with my bro everyday or going to bed crying everynight because i want to leave soo bad. Everything that i do my mom asks " what is wrong with you" an dnothing i do can be good enough for my dad. more to the story but no way i could explain it all. please help me what can i do, or try to do for the next couple years im stuck in this house.!?!?!?

Just try to live with it the best you can. If you absolutely cannot live with it, ask your parents if you could move in with a relative or close friend. Violence is not the answer. Good luck! Hope I helped!

my brother is really spoiled. Here are some reasons why:
*he gets whatever he wants
*whatever he does i get blamed for-no joke.
*when he wants friends over, he can have them over (I cant.)
*if he slaps me or hits me or punches me, even if i dont say anything or touch him, i get yelled at. EVERY TIME.
*one time my friends came over and he started just peeing his pants right there and my friend and i told my mom and she didnt believe us even after my brother admitting it because she thinks hes "perfect" and would never do anything like that.
--this gets VERY annoying VERY often. I really wanna change this but whenever i tell my mom how i feel she goes "Oh please..grow up I never baby him" when she knows she treats him differently. I cant even have friends over without him around us!! please help me! what can i do???

Hi. I have a boyfriend who I love very much and trust with everything and anything. I've recently been trying to come to terms with a past relationship that I should never have started in the first place, because I had no real attraction to him. I want to discuss this with my current boyfriend, because I want him to know that I feel differently about him, but I'm not exactly sure how to bring it up. Any advice would be much appreciated!

First off, does your current boyfriend know your ex, and did he know the two of you when you were dating? or did he at least know you?

The only reason I'm asking that, is because, if he didn't know your ex, and didn't know you at the time, then I don't know if it would be a good idea to talk about it. I don't think you should be "comparing" him to any other guys in any way, even though he would come out on top. It's hard for me to explain why I feel this way, I just don't think it's good to give him a reason to think about you and your ex in any way.

You should tell him that he is the best person in your life, and that you feel more for him than you've ever felt for anyone else, blah blah, but you shouldn't bring your ex into it with him.

I'm sort of in the same situation, where I'm with a great guy, and I have been trying to come to terms with an ex who made me feel like shit, and still does sometimes. I thought about talking to my current boyfriend about this, but I don't think he should have to deal with him even knowing that this guy is bothering me. It's my problem that I have to deal with on my own. I'm getting over it by saying goodbye and cutting all terms and throwing away old stuff that might have been from him.

I will always be bothered by my ex in a way, but it's not something that I want my current boyfriend to be bothered by.

On the other hand, if he did know you when you were dating your ex, and he saw how horrible the relationship was, then you might have some things to explain about it. Like "I don't know why the relationship started because I was never really attracted to him"

In that case, you just need to let him know that there's some things you need to get off your chest. It doesn't have to be that akward.


But, again... this kind of converstaion might be better with a best friend at first. It might be good for you to talk to someone else just to get yoru thoughts straight, and then appraoch your boyfriend about it.

i have a verizon cell phone. i DONT have free/unlimited text messages. and im not allowed to text or receive texts because my parents say it "costs soooo much money" well how exactly does it cost? cause i just sent about 10 and my boyfriend replied about 10.

also, is texting part of free nights and weekends? if so, im good.

I've been with my boyfriend for nearly 15 months and we are completely in love. We still act like we did the first month we started dating, we're inseperable. His dog has grown very ill, diabetic, blind in one eye and going blind in the other.. He is the one that has to give his dog his shots twice a day and his dog will refuse to take the shot. Whenever he tries to give him the shot and he starts growling at him he keeps being reminded of when his dog was a little puppy, in a little cardboard box that would cry everytime he'd turn the lights out and start wagging his tail and barking when he'd turn them back on and pick him up. If his dog won't let him get the shots, he could die. He's been so stressed out about his dog, he's taking out on me. His attitude has changed around me... He seems so distant. He gets mad about every little thing. I've talked to him about it that it's really upsetting me that he's acting that way. I tell him that I'll be there for him no matter what, but the way he's treating me is becoming unbearable. I really want to help him... but I feel like I'm losing him. I've gotten to the point where I wanted to break up with him because of all this. I can't think of anything to do for him... he's just so depressed. I need help. How do I get him to feel better? I don't want him to be so depresed anymore... and I don't want him to be treating me like he's been.

The best thing to do is to reassure him some more that you'll be there for him whenever he needs you. If he doesn't answer, dump him. You can still be friends with him and ask about his sick dog. Good luck! Hope I helped!

my grandma (I call her nina) is SO rude. I don't know what to tell her. She gets drunk and I have tried talking to her and she slapped me across the face. She GAVE me a cell phone before Christmas, then took it back! She makes me SO mad. I have NO ideas on what I can do to stop her. My WHOLE family hates her, even her own son (my dad) She's on my dad's side of the family and she is SO rude. She calls me a biotch, flips me off, and tells me I'm ugly. I can't stand her. What can I do? PLEASE HELP. I'm at her house right now and I am emailing from her computer. I have talked to my mom and dad and they said they understand but they don't SAY or DO anything!!!
