GoodAdviceGiver05 answered Sunday August 21 2005, 6:17 pm: Well, crunches help to work off extra fat that you dont always need, but another way is to watch the nutrition facts on the back of food items and to run/walk a little bit everyday.Drinking alot of ice water also helps reduce fat instead of always drinking soda too. When I started running I started at 2 1/2 minutes the first day and then ran back 2 1/2 minutes also. Then the next day I would go 5 minutes around the neighborhood and 5 minutes back. You can't always tell how long until it makes a difference but you will eventually start to see it making a difference. Well I hope some of my advice helps! Good luck! sunnyville answered Saturday August 20 2005, 8:45 pm: You need to combine some exercises to see results like a pushup, situps, and running.A rountine for you could be running for half an hour, pushups for a few minutes as well for the situps.Drink water while you exercise for your body.Running is the best out of the two for losing weight. If you get tired of running a lot start jogging than when you don't feel tired a lot continue running. If you feel pain in your waist it's totally normal and the reason for that is that you're not used to it then when you do it won't a lot probably a little. Also stick to a diet I have on my advice column.Remember the goal to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat.
