I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

I'm a junior in high school and since last year I've seen this guy around school and I've always thought he was just the cutest ever. This is probably the most good looking guys I've ever seen. But I never really had a chance to meet him because I just saw him in the hallways on and at football games. He plays and I'm on the drill team. Well, even though I didn’t know him I did know that he has a girlfriend.
We were both at a part a we weeks back and we officially meet there. We got to talking and not only is this guy gorgeous but he's also a great person. We started hanging out and stuff and it was great. I knew he has a girlfriend so I made sure that I kept my flirting to a minimum (I have a problem with that).
So everything was going great with our friendship and all until last night. I invited him to my dad's Christmas party with a few of my other friends to keep me unbored throughout the night. We ended up alone in my game room just talking and hanging out. He then kissed me. Of course I kissed back because well…duh.
Know I don't know what to do because he still has his girlfriend in the picture. I thought I should just back off but I'm not sure.

He deceived his girlfriend. Even if he dumped her and went for you, what makes you think he wouldn't deceive you later the same way? I don't think he's very trustworthy, but if you're really wondering about it, let him approach you, and wait for him to bring it up. If he doesn't after a while, I suppose it's okay to ask. Still though, he might be good looking, but that doesn't mean he's good boyfriend material

I'm all for dressing uniquely and having personal style, but that's ME, not YOU. Don't let other people tell you how to dress. Wear what you like! Our opinions shouldn't matter. If you think something at Abercrombie is cute, wear it. If you think wearing a huge fuscia fedora is cute, wear it. No one else matters.

I am a girl age 15.
Few days back in school , when we were near basketball courts , I tried to pick my key chain from the floor, I could not control myself and farted loudly. It was a sudden incident. Six boys & girls were there all noted it and laughed, I was very much embarrassed and ran away from there. I am still upset. I told this to my elder sis, her first response was also a laugh. She tried to convince me that its natural and can happen with any body, she told me that once this was happened to her female teacher also. But I am still feeling guilt. Please advice me.

He's either a really big hypochondriac or really wants attention. Naturally, he needs to get this bump checked out but he has no business going around and scaring people who care about him into thinking he has a terminal illness. Don't give him sympathy- just tell him to get it checked out. If it turns out to be serious, THEN give him sympathy.

i hav events where i hav 2 wear formal attire. the thing is that some of these events are not all lengthy dresses. some are cocktail dresses. but my mother insists that i hav to where this long dress when i dont want to wear it. she always tries to make me look extravegant and i appreciate it but i need her to please stop going to the extreme. i understand that if i go to a prom, to a formal, to a party or something like that, i should wear makeup. it is an occasion where makeup should be worn. but, if i go to the movies or something i dont need to wear all of the makeup she puts on me. she puts a lot. and she puts like dark green eyeshadow and red lipstick. and sumtimes i just wanna wear like lip gloss or colored lip gloss but she sez that im too pale and i need to wear red. that duznt make any sense. im not that pale. i mean, when i wear base and things like that, it looks like i have a really pretty tan. and the other day she got really mad @ me because i didnt wanna wear that much makeup to a party. it was like at the last minute. we weren't even planning on going to the party but my friend and i decided to go at the last minute and it was already 9:30 and the party started at 8 so i up on sum makeup but i didn t put red lipstick or anything like that... but she has to understand that sumtimes i dont wanna wear purple and dark green eyeshadow when its not an occasion to wear to much makeup. can sumone please help me??? Your mother NEEDS THERAPY. But obviously, that would be a decision she'd have to make for herself and she probably won't. Honestly, I consider this a form of child abuse. Have you tried talking to another adult about it, father, aunt, uncle, grandma, counselor, teacher, anyone? This is not right for your mom to be doing. You're a child and do not need to wear make up to be beautiful. Being youthful means natural beauty and older people use make up to try to obtain what you already have. You can wipe that make up off your face yourself. Keep doing that and you might start to get a point across. :)

Ok, well my boyfriend, well I guess, ex-boyfriend and I broke up today. He told me that lately he's been confused about how he feels towards me as in like which way he likes me and all. And he's still really confused and he says he doesn't know why, he sayed this happens whenever he starts to really like someone alot. He's the first person I can actually say I love. What she means is, December 4th was her fourth monthiversary.
Just give him his space. There is meaning to "I can't miss you if you never go away." If you're not around as much he'll realize how much he misses you if he truly has feelings for you. Otherwise, you'll just have to let it go, because loving someone who doesn't love you back really sucks.

Hi, I would REALLY apprecaite some advice :) OK, my partner (male 32) is driving me (female 26) up the wall! We have a 6 month old baby. My parner works, I am at home alone with the baby all day. He has this really annoying habit where he get's home, sits on his lap top and then only goes to bed at about 5am! His alarm goes off at least 6 times before he gets up for work (obviously making him late!) and then he has to stay at work late to make up the time. By the the time he gets home from work, I am so wound up that we argue! I have tried to comprimise by designating "laptop evenings" but when we do this, it lasts for a few days and then we are back at square one. The worst of it is, that he he has difficulty with "demands". He sees everything as a demand and then feels that he must rebel! This makes him worse. Please can you give me some practical advice to get him to sleep earleir and to wake up on time for work. We are due to get married in Jan and I feel that this is a real reason for me to call it all off :( Thanks :) (link)

I think it's a reason to call it off too. If he's already like this, do you think marriage is going to change it? Would you like to deal with this for the next 40 or 50 years? Calling it off will open up his eyes and maybe whip him into shape, and if it doesn't, well, he wasn't going to change anyway. If you really really want to make this work, I'd suggest counseling, but it shouldn't be like this at all if you're just engaged.

Haha...I knew someone who practiced on an apple. The best way to learn is to practice. That's really the only way to learn. I had no idea what I was doing the first time I kissed anyone, and years later I've been told by people that I'm the best kisser they've experienced. Practice is all I can say...

Does he have a favorite tv show? Get him some copies of it, whether on a DVD set or Ebay. Or maybe the show has other random merchandise... Or if he has a band that he really likes, you could always get him a shirt or something related to them. Concert tickets might be cool if it's within your cost range. Guys always like some good cologne. Boxers are fun, too, if you're comfortable giving him those. Good luck!

What I'm dealing with here is an 8-month relationship with a girl 6 years younger than me. I'm 26, she's 20... I treat her with a lot of respect and am always there when she needs me, and she is always there for me, too, up until this point. Prior to what happened, our relationship really seemed 50/50. Her mother, who is in bad health, has decided that I'm "controlling, possessive, insensitive, lacking all social manners" and has told this girl that if she ever thinks about marrying me, she will not approve, and if she gets pregnant by me, she'll be disowned.
I feel this is totally wrong. My parents would not do this to me, and I am at a loss to understand it. She and I are happy with each other, at least that's what she tells me. She says she loves me "more than you know," but cannot be torn anymore. She says she wants to be friends, and "maybe someday" things can be different. She says she doesn't want her mother to die resenting me, because that would make her resent me. She also says she "cannot function" without her family relationship and needs "space and time."
What's strange is her mother doesn't have a problem (or so she says) with us being friends and going to a movie now and then. I'm totally confused. What are your thoughts on the matter? (link)

Normally I'd think the break up talk was BS, but it all sounds pretty reasonable. Though it's not fair of her mother to put you in this position, it's happening and there's not really much you can do to change it. I'd say stay friends with the girl and see what happens. When Cruella de Vil croaks, she might want to be with you again, though if the rest of her family is anything like this I'd suggest moving on. Who wants to deal with that shit for the rest of their lives?

Most guys don't care, they're just happy to be kissing a girl. If you're wearing too much, it just gets in the way and gets kind of gross. Something that doesn't taste too strong or overwhelming is probably best, and I wouldn't suggest kissing someone if you had a lot of ultra ultra sticky lip gloss on...like that Victoria's secret crap. That would just ... not be good.

It could be just a strange part of your cycle. Some people have spotting in between periods, and this could just be a similar situation. Everything is probably fine but if it gets a lot darker and more frequent you should go to a gynecologist or a doctor you're comfortable with and have her check it out.
