It's not serious as to like "Ah you're going to die"..you can just lose a little bit of weight. Most girls your age should be 130-140lbs. I hope I helped.

brunettecutie answered Saturday December 10 2005, 2:03 am: well it really depends on your height. say you are 5'7-6'0, thats not considered fat. if you think you are fat, you can work out everynight, maybe do a sport, join a gym, theres lots of stuff you can do if you feel you need to lose weight. but it depends on your height.
