1. Plug your iPod into iTunes
2. Open iTunes or it will automatically open
3. Click your iPod...it will say whatever you named your iPod
4. At the top, it was say Playlists, Videos, etc.
5. One should say Games and click that (It's a tab)
6. The games will show and then you click the game you want

Five pounds isn't that easy. My dad lost 10 pounds within two months by not eating any dessert. Pretty good I think...but sad, real sad.
To loose those simple 5 pounds, you must eat healthy and cut on sweets...not all but you need to cut more than 3/4 of sweets you eat. Running is a good exercise. You can also ride your bike. You should be able to loose 5 ponds within a month or less. Dont' starve yourself though. All I can say is eat healthy and exericse, like everybody else does.

Why when teenage boys are driving, they always have to speed and open their windows and BLAST their music so a car 100 feet away can hear it? I think they are trying to show off, but it's not cool. I was just standing in the McDonald's parking lot yesterday and a car like wizzes by me and blasts their music and I can see that it's a teenage guy and his friends and then they turn around and go by me again and then look at me, make a stupid comment like "sexy thing" and then honk at me 3 times. Do they think it's cool? I mean I'm NOT impressed when they do it. They look like idiots. Another thing guys do is when you're in a car and they're in the lane right next to you and they won't even look at the road as they are driving, they just stare at me the whole time, it's like turn around before you get in a freakin car crash! ok, my friend mel, is dating this guy, and hes super nice and everything. but his friends like suck so bad. and my friend mel is going through alot of other stuff too. well, she hasnt been able to see her boyfriend in a long time. soo, she wanted to give him something. well they both have bunnies. and they always talk about there bunnies. well, so mel was gonna give him a little stuffed animal bunny. i mean, i dont know.. i thought it was kinda cute. anyways, so my friend mel, has a best friend named callie. and callie lives like a half hour away from the mall. so shes like, well fine, ill go up there and give it to him. well, callie is really really really shy around people she doesnt know. and like, i mean, she has nothing against kids that wear all black or anything, but i mean, come on, when you see those kids in the mall, and there not laughing and just look unhappy, its not like your getting the best vibe from them, yano? so she got kinda scared. so she left it like under this little table. and she called them and told them exactly where it was. and so then they were calling her allll of these mean names. like it was so bad. oh and mel wrote a letter to her boyfriend. and all of his friends were like, this is such bullshit, this sucks. how stupid. i thought it was gonna be better. so then mel felt really stupid. oh and her boyfriend never said thank you. so yeah. mel now thinks she should break up with him, because they were all being so mean to her best friend, and all that.

If she was trying to give him a present and he was a total ass about she should break up with him. She needs to find someone that will love her and appreciate the little things she does for him. I would totally agree with her decision to break up with him. They just aren't meant to be and she deserves much better!!

Today I have a pool party to go to. And of course, I'm having me period. Normally, I wouldn't care and would just wear a tampon. However, I'm getting to the last few days, and my period is extremely light. What should I do? Should I wear the tampon? It would be kinda painful to take out. Or should I just skip it? (link)

If it's really light than I wouldn't wear one at all. You wont bleed in the water, if you bleed at all it will be right after you get out of the pool. If you are too worried about it than just wear a "light days" tampon & it shouldn't be too bad.

my boyfriend cheated on me 4 months ago. he had sex with another woman. i am still with him. but every time i think about him and her together, i let a few tears out, still. it hurts more than anything. i can see them holding hands on the way up his stairs to have sex. and i cant get it out of my mind. i hate him for all the awkward situations we are put in when someone mentions her name. and his best female friend is best friends with her. i hate him for it. i cant help but think, why wasnt i good enough? what do i keep doing wrong? why do boys cheat on me? what is wrong with me? and i feel like he doesnt even care. i never let him see me cry, i dont want him to know how much he really means to me, because what if he doesnt feel the same...

Well first of let me say by staying with him after he cheated on you was stupid. You deserve much better than that and I'm amazed that you stayed with him after that. Why would you? He obviously cheated on you for a reason... what makes you think he wont do it again? What makes you think he isn't cheating on you right now? Personally I think you should dump him right now. Those thoughts are never going to go away. The only way is to move on find someone who will treat you right. As they say " Once a cheater always a cheater."

my best friend lives across the street and we have carpooled to school every day since kindergarten. now we're in middle school and we're allowed to get to school an hour early if we want, to hang out in the cafeteria and talk to friends. I love doing that, but my friend isn't very sociable and she refuses to go early. Our moms are fine with driving us separately, but my friend is all mad at me now for "breaking the tradition" and not riding to school together. but going early is like the only chance we get in school to hang out with friends. what should i do? Well i've never been there but my friend has and she says that the cyclone is awesome,theres this cool spinny rollercoaster [dotn knwo what its called sorry lol] it has like no line and the thunderbolt ROCKS.and the line for it may seem long btu its not :D o and the man doesnt walk around the park :(
