light period and tampons
Today I have a pool party to go to. And of course, I'm having me period. Normally, I wouldn't care and would just wear a tampon. However, I'm getting to the last few days, and my period is extremely light. What should I do? Should I wear the tampon? It would be kinda painful to take out. Or should I just skip it?

I am a really paranoid person, so I would still wear the tampon just to be on the safe side. And it will be very easy to take out if you are going to go into the water because the tampon will get completely wet.

If it's really light than I wouldn't wear one at all. You wont bleed in the water, if you bleed at all it will be right after you get out of the pool. If you are too worried about it than just wear a "light days" tampon & it shouldn't be too bad.

if it is really light then i would just skip it if i were you.
i was heavily in mine wen i went to the beach...sure the water isnt as clear there as it is in a pool but if yours is light then i wouldn't worry.
i have done the same thing before.
