So, google stuff on how to gain weight. Now, well doing that, focus all your workouts on body parts you do NOT want to gain fat in, while keeping your butt and thighs moderate to little exercise. This is really important or you'll just gain a lot of tummy fat. So google stuff on gaining weight and target exercise/vigorously exercise parts of your body you don't want to gain fat in. But generally, fat in the buttucks and thighs stays longer than the fat everywhere else.
So if you gain weight then lose weight, they may remain larger.
