My mom is very skinny, but its bc she plans her meals very well. She has a big bowl of special k cereal in the morning, which will keep her full so that all she has for lunch are animal crackers and fruit. then for dinner she has chicken..NOT FRIED....I know that sounds way to health nut, but special k has a program that in 2 weeks you can loose 5-10 pounds...best of luck :)
orphans answered Sunday August 12 2007, 7:41 pm: Five pounds isn't that easy. My dad lost 10 pounds within two months by not eating any dessert. Pretty good I think...but sad, real sad.
To loose those simple 5 pounds, you must eat healthy and cut on sweets...not all but you need to cut more than 3/4 of sweets you eat. Running is a good exercise. You can also ride your bike. You should be able to loose 5 ponds within a month or less. Dont' starve yourself though. All I can say is eat healthy and exericse, like everybody else does.
