No, Vitamin E does not make your hair grow faster. There is NO way to make your hair grow faster. Everyone's hair grows at different rates.
Also, mangos are high in Vitamin E
FOr hoemcoming I want to get my nails done. I bite my nails and they are short n stubby n ugly ( i kno i know, terrible habbit) Which would be better? acrylic tips or full acrylics? any advice on either of them or which one i should get? thanks

Acrylic tips. If you've got short and stubby nails, they'll look longer and fuller. Once your nails grow out of the tips, you can have a full set.
Tips would cost somewhere from $20-$25. Full set usually costs about $30

Bulimic people are the ones who throw up. What they do is touch their uvula (the little dangly at the back of your throat). It's an automatic reflex to gag/throw up when most people do that. It's sick. My sister did that once.

Most of them are just normal people with problems just like you and me. They need help really bad, and it's uncomfortable to actually ask it in person. They can sound really stupid when they're desperate. On the Internet, you can be anybody and you can stay anonymous if you want to, so the person doesn't need to worry about being made fun of, or be stressed about what other people think because nobody knows who they are.

If you're horny all the time, a good thing to try is MASTURBATING. Find a good time when you're all alone (like in the shower or when your parents are out shopping; it's embarassing if someone catches you) and mess around with yourself or something. It's a really good outlet for your sexual impulses. Or if you don't want to do that, just get yourself busy (homework? making dinner?), and you can forget that you're feeling sexual, and when you're done with whatever you're doing, you won't be like that anymore.

Nay, don't pop out in the middle of his way and go "Hey, I like you, wanna go out?" Guys don't like it when girls are so spontaneous about things like that. It's not attractive and if he says no, you'll look like a fool. Instead, start a convo w/ him. Ask him about his interests and what he thought of the English assignment, etc. If the conversation turns out to be successful, you can turn it towards a more personal direction. Bring up crushes, and then conclude it by telling him you like him and asking him out.

Don't have your friend do it! It makes the guy think that you aren't mature enough to go up face-to-face with him. The guy will think it might be a joke if a friend tells him, and he'll probably say no. Pick a good day and start talking! Soon, the convo will start to get into more personal issues, and then, you can tell him you like him and ask him out! Just do it! It works well.

No, it's not true...it's genetic, but big girls generally get their period sooner. I was 10 when I got my first, and I was only like 70 lbs
OK so Last year, I went to homecoming and no one asked me to dance. Everytime there was a slow dance, I always stood off to myself. I felt embaressed/left out/ stupid..so I don't know if I should go to homecoming thisyear. All my friends are popular and they're like "come! it'd be fun" but I NEVER have a dance partner..and I've been to alot of dances. What should I do??

If it makes you feel embarassed/ leftout/stupid, then I don't think you should go. Dances should be fun, not torturous. If you don't feel good at a dance, then you should stay away from it. Trust me, I've been there, and I know it feels bad. You can stay at home and hang out or go to a movie or a restaurant. When you get back to school, you can try and get to know some of the guys at your school, and the next time a dance comes around, you can go and ask one to dance. If the boys are jerks and not worth meeting, then I don't think you should feel bad about not dancing with them in the first place.

Hey I had my period for the past 2-3 years now. Now that I'm getting oldr and going out with more people I have started to use tampons. Thats not the problem, I get them to go in, but it hurts like an ubbearable pain. When I get it all the way up it feels like it is rubbing against something, like it is trying to break threw it. (it can't be my cherry I'm not a virign) My friend said to make it hurt less she put vasaline on the of the tampon and it went in fine. So my question is should I try the vasaline thing, or is there something wrong?

It might be that the tampon is too big. Try a size smaller, or a couple sizes smaller. Tampons are not supposed to hurt. If you've had intercourse, a tampon shouldn't be a problem.

hello! i am 13. im having my second child (i had my first when i was 11, her name is Amy). For my first baby, i told my parents and they were so happy! They felt stupid because they are going to be GRANDparents at 26 but i told them its not a big deal! So when i had Amy, it was totally natural! I felt so good and proud. The two of us have been living at my parents house for 2 years now. The father of my Amy, is now the father of Tommy, my bun in the oven! ;) I love him so much and he loves me. My parents love him too. He doesnt have any parents really. Well he does, but he runs away and stays away for a really long time. He is 11 right now. I think he should come live with me, amy and tommy! i havent brought it up with my parents yet though.
i thought it was the coolest thing that amy and her dad were so close in age, because they would probably be really close. Amys 2 and she can talk really well. She LOVES her dad and me.

I think that it's alright to do what you want in private, but trumpeting to the public that you have a boyfriend is not cool. Showing anything, really, hugging, kissing (especially French kissing) is really stupid. I mean, you shouldn't have to get in trouble for it, but it's not very pleasant. The other day I was at the movies and this guy and a girl sitting in front of me spent the whole hour making out, and it was really annoying, and I had this temptation to throw my Coke on them.

Nothing you need to do before a physical. When you go, they check stuff like how you're eating and whether there are any special physical concerns that you want to know about. They ask a lot of Questions. Most of the time they stay away from your private areas.

Ok, first of all, he's Way Too Old for you. It sounds like he's uncomfortable with a 13-year-old girlfriend. The age difference is so huge that it's no wonder you two don't have anything to talk about! You can't relate to each other. And if you are dying to get OFF the phone with him, that's not good, either. A boyfriend shouldn't just be someone you have a crush on...a boyfriend should be someone you can talk to and and fun with, aside from someone who you really like. First of all, yes, it's very common for a 14-year-old to have Yeast Infection, and no, it doesn't sound like you have one. When you have Yeast Infection, it itches real bad, internally and externally, and the discharge is discolored or really really thick or smells. Not meaning to be rude or signify that you are unclean, but you probably just aren't washing it there enough. If you cleanse more, it'll go away.
