vitamin e helps a little...its not like a miracle pill or anything...you can take one vitamin e pill a day and it will be fine because you should anyways...unless you take a mulitvitamin...then you dont need to...hope i helped...please rate...marlena

No, Vitamin E does not make your hair grow faster. There is NO way to make your hair grow faster. Everyone's hair grows at different rates.
Also, mangos are high in Vitamin E
