you know those short-ish black tights that all the 'emo'-ish girls wear under like skirts or whatever.. they're usually black.. do you guys know where i could get some of those?

You can find those at Target or at places that sell lots of underclothes. They sell best at dance stores.

Buy a normal pair of black tights and cut the ends off. Thats how most girls do it.
I think the fashion is changing now, so I'd buy a cheap pair that you can just throw away after.
