Crest Whitening Expressions. They are not whitening strips. It is just a whitening toothpaste that cleans and whitens your teeth. I started using it and I've had so many comments about how white my teeth were. In a week or two, you will probably see results.

P.S. A little red tinted lipstick always shows off white teeth! After you use this, I guarentee you will want to flaunt them!

ok i was using this little electronic razor thingy to comb out my eyebrows so theyll look neat. The thing was off. I was doign it for a while and then i wasnt paying attention and accidently turned it on WHILE IT WAS ON MY EYEBROW now theres a lil blank spot it the middle of my eyebrow- is there any way i can cover it up? please help a.s.a.p ♥anonymous

Sometimes when I pluck a little too much of my eyebrow, I take my eyeliner pencil and lightly shade over my whole eyebrow. I have a black eyeliner pencil, and it definitely doesn't match the color of my hair, but if I do it ever so slightly noone notices. There are also lighter brown shades of eyeliner so if you have one of those (or you could buy one) you could use it. but make sure you shade over your whole eyebrow or else the color will look uneven.

We don't need religion. Hear me out. If Jesus were to come down from Hevan and say "I am the son of God" and showed us all of is water to wine stuff, scientist could test it and then Christianity would become a science and all other religions would be be proven wrong and therefore not be religions.

That was my little prologue, here is my question Is it possible that our societies have reached a point in which we can admit there is no need for religion and have good morals without a book or God(s) to tell us what they are?

Alot of people think that religion is important. Some people think that it is not. We are all enititled to our own opinion, and you cannot change other people's minds. I agree with what russian spy said. How can you interpret events that happened so long ago? I have watched many shows and read many books about the bible code and things like that. If you've ever watched any, there are scientists who study bibliography, who confirm that religions are real. There is even proof of it. You have a strong opinion, and surely you are a great person. I'm sure you have high expectations and morals for yourself, right? That could be similar to a religion.

So the bottom line is, people are going to believe what they want to believe no matter what.I have to say, for myself, that I do not go to church. I believe in God, but I do not worship him in groups. To me, religion is more of a personal thing.

You may have strong beliefs about religion, but please be respective that other people take great pride in their religion.

well you know parents they should help u grow up and stuff but i am 13 yéars old and i dont need stupid parents like mine! they wont leave me alone they say: brush your teeth ever morning dont forget to wash your hair and then when we eat my dad always goes like: your holding your spoon uncorrect blablabla and i am not aloude to say anything than! well i dont know if every parents are like these and by the way once my mom said: dont listen to your music to loud and why dont you listen to jazz and not hip hop I LOVE HIP HOP! well what should i do now? please help!

I have a similar situation. My parents expect me to act so mature, but they never let me do anything or go anywhere. My dad always tells me to "chew my food good." and "take a buddy to the bathroom."

Here's my advice: Your parents are just trying to help you. You are at that point in life where you are bridging the gap between being a child and being an adult. They are probably having trouble letting you go. They realize you are growing up but they want to take care of you. Afterall, you were once their baby and now that you're older, it's hard for them to let it go.

So just keep that in mind. Also if you know the exact times when your parents are going to tell you to wash your hair, brush your teeth, etc, you could tell them, "I already did because I am very responsible."

And as for your hip-hop music, you could always listen to it on headphones. lol.

I have this friend thats a boy, and I don't know if I should get him something for Valentines Day gift. We aren't going out or anything, but we are "very" close. Candy is always a good idea. You don't want to get too fancy though. Maybe a package of candy hearts.

By getting him something like that, it means, "Thanks for being my friend. You're important to me, as a friend. But were not going out."

ok im in the band at school but i also just joined a band with my friends . they ask me to play gutair should i stick with band or take gutair lesson

Depends on what you like more, and what you think would work better. Guitar lessons might be fun, but do you really think the band will last for a long time?

It is hard being in a band, you have to compose your own music with may require money for instruments or promotions, figure out how and when you're going to practice, and find gigs for your band.

I play guitar though, and it really isn't that easy. If you think you can have enough time and dedication to it, then go ahead.

Okay listen, you need to get your head screwed on straight. Firstly, WHY would you do "stuff" with a girl you never even liked? That sounds really low and cheap of you.

You SHOULD NOT be mad if this girl calls you, because you "DID STUFF" with her. So why WOULDNT she call you after that? You diliberatly lead her on and then broke it off!

I'm not quite sure what to do. My "best friend" from last year is changing. We used to tell eachother EVERYTHING!! But this year she cheated on her boyfriend, broke up with him, and went back out with him and didn't even tell me. I had to find out from someone else. And she doesn't know about the guy I REALLY REALLY like. Its because she doens't take the time to find out. Every weekend I invite her to the mall, and EVERY time she says she busy and then calls me telling me how bored she is.. Also when ever I hang out with ehr myy grades drop. I dont know if I should stay "best friends" with her or not? Please help

As you get older, you have to realize that things between best friends change. I've had that happen to me before. I am a kind of punk-alternative girl and it was really hard for me to accept it when my best friend decided she wanted to be a preppy blonde cheerleader.

My advice to you is to ignore your friend for a while. Take a break from asking her to go places and don't answer the phone when she calls. After maybe a week, maybe she will come back to you and want to tell you everything. Sometimes time apart form each other can make your realtionship grow stronger.

In the meant-time, try making some new friends who won't bail on you all the time. There's plenty of people out there!

Could be because you're a very conceited person, and think to highly of yourself. I don't know all of the details here, but it also could be because of how you treated your last boyfriend. If not, maybe that guy was just a jerk and you picked the wrong fish out of the sea.

I am a male, 15, and lately I've been wondering about something. There are many girls in our school and grade. I am a gentleman and open doors, get chairs, etc. for the girls. It is pretty much the same way with my friends, we are all like that. But the girls in our school keep saying they like "skaters" or "skaters are soo hot" and we really are wondering what is wrong with us. Not to boast, but all of us are good looking. The girls just keep talking about "skaters." So why is it like this, and do girls not like gentlemen or something?

There's certainly nothing wrong with you! Guys like you are very sweet, sometimes too sweet. Alot of girls, like myself, like spontaneous, unpredictable guys though. And also, some girls just like skaters because they totally stereotype skaters as "long haired" guys.

I think you should just wait. If you are how you say you are, I'm sure you will get a girlfriend, because kindness and courtesy almost always impresses a girl even if they don't show it. But don't be afraid to throw a little unpredictability into your life. Wear maybe a shirt you would never wear, that sort of thing.

are there any soaps/meds (non proscription) that can get rid of like blackheads on your forhead and cheeks? i know they make deep cleaning washes specificially for black heads but they seem to all be for black heads on your nose

Have you gone to a dermatologist? Ask your Mom or your doctor is you can schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. They specialize in helping people with skin or acne problems. A dermatologist might be able to reccomend a type of fashwash that's right for your skin type.

I do reccomend Netrogena Deep Clean Face Wash.

Also you might want to try some black head strips that are NOT just for your nose. They can go on your forehead also. I use Biore Pore Strips. You might want to try those.

I wasn't sure which category to put this under, so here it is. I got my 2nd whole pearced around january 15th. its now january 27th. ( 2 weeks i think lol ) i got it pearced with these earring in which are not real gold. My ear have been getting 'gunk' on the back of them. My ear are very senstive. I really want to take them out and change them into earrings that will not irriate my ears. Also i got my cartlidge pearced around December 23rd..and i'd also like to change this one. Would it be safe for me to change my 2nd whole now, like take it out really quick and putting in another earring?

You have to wait at least a month before changing earrings. I would not change the earring because the skin is very sensitive right now. What might help you though is to turn the earrings with your fingers. Also, go to the store and buy some Rubbing Alchohol if you don't already have some at home. Put some on a tissue or cottonball and squeeze it onto your earring so it goes down in the hole. This will sterilize it and get rid of any bacteria in there. You can also go to claire's and buy Claire's Ear Solution for Infected Piercings.

Mostly it depends on when you both feel ready. You can look for certain signs that she is showing. Maybe she's leaning closer, snuggling up to you, looking into your eyes. You should probably be dating at least for a few weeks. And as for age, it's really up to you! I think any age 12 and up is acceptable. But that's just my opinion.

ok well tonight I went to this party type thing not a big one but big enough...well there was this guy there and we started talking and he was helping me play pool and stuff and i dont know i thought we clicked...and i sorta started to like him but the problem is hes 19 and im 14 is that bad? Well, it actually is illegal if you start to have a physical relationship if you're under 18, and the guy is 18 or over. He is probably a really nice guy who might be fun to just talk with, but don't get to serious about him. (no matter how hot he is) He's old enough to be in college, if he already isn't and he probably either has a girlfriend or is looking for a girlfriend his age.

Think of him as a big brother. Because you don't want to get your heart broken over him. I'm also positive you can find someone your own age. It just takes time.

So i'm a 14/f and (i live in a very weathy area,but am not rich)i have a disability called Cerebral Plasy, it effects the way i walk and is VERY noticeable.At school i am not popular ( not that that is very important) and people look down on me because of my disability. What they dont understand is that i am just like them: i am a girl who can talk and be fun and loves music and shopping and girly(ish)thing> what they dont understand is that i am just LIKE THEM. I am not saying i want to be a clone of them or anything, i just wish that they wouldnt judge me for my disability instead of getting to know me because i am JUST LIKE THEM (but not a judgeing bi***).
It is the same way with boys too. The problem is i was trained to be shy because i know they judge me, but i am not shy with friends of family.
What can i do to show them that i am not just some freak.

You don't have to be shy. It's your life, right? You can choose how to live it! Alot of people are jerks out there, but alot of people are nice. get to know people. The more you get to know them, the more they will get to know what a great person you are. Ask some nice people to hang out with you! Have a sleepover!

Well, I definitely don't think you should try to be all clingy. Just play it cool, kind of sassy. You should talk to him more and really get to know him. really decide if he is DEFINITELY what you are looking for. Usually younger boys think older girls are really sexy, but you should definitely talk to him more, maybe hang out with him and your brother.

make sure to talk to your brother about this so he knows what's going on, because you don't want to ruin your relationship with your brother.

okay, the only reason I didn't put this under health or something is like I didn't think anybody would read then. Anyway, okay, I have this pain in my side every once and a while, and I am the kind of person that doesn't really tell their family anything! so I haven't told anyone, but my boyfriend and my closest friends, but my friends have been telling me that I should tell my parents,and my boyfriend is starting to freak out and really worry, but I really don't want them to know! But I feel like I just ran a mile and the only time it goes away is when I am excersising really hard, and if I stop then the pain comes back...so I guess, what should I do?

Well, what are your sleeping positions? Do you sleep with more than one pillow, kind of propped up? because I know the way you sleep can have major effects on your back, neck and sides. Perhaps you sleep on your sides and it causes you these pains.

Or it could be very major period cramps. The reason they would stop when you excersize really hard is because when you have PMS, excersizing makes you feel better.

I would tell your family. It could possibly be your appendix (sp?) so you definitely need to consult a doctor.

I like this guy but i am not allowed to date till i am 18 and i am 13 now. all my friends are dating and this is the most i've felt for a guy. what should i do or say?

Not being able to date until you're 18 is a little harsh, don't you think? I sugguest talking to your parents. I bet they didn't wait until they were 18 to date, and you shouldn't have to either. 13 may be a little young, but why not try to compromise with your parents. Act very mature, help out more around the house, and ask them to lower the age limit to 16. You should be able to hang out with your friends, so why not see if you can invite this guy to hang out in a large group of friends? That way nothing could really happen with all your friends around.
