I have Picasa 2, but I see pictures that my friends have that are really neat! (For example, there is a certain, perfect, spot in the picture with color and the rest is black and white, or everything is one color and their eyes are like a sparkly blue, etc.) Is there a FREE photoshop out there online that can do really cool stuff? Or what is a cheap (like under $50 maybe?) program I can buy that can do things like that?

Probably not. You'll need to check with your doctor. It could probably hurt the fetus. If you are taking it to prevent pregnancy and you are pregnant, then obviously there's no need for it. Same thing too if you are taking it to level out your period.

I'm a 19 year old army wife. My husband and I have been married for 5 months and he just recently got deployed to Iraq. It's our first deployment and it's the longest we have ever been apart. He will be gone for 15 months. I was handling the deployment fairly well but recently I have been feeling depressed and I have been getting sick alot more and all I want to do is sleep. Everyone keeps telling me to do stuff but I can't think of anything to do I started scrapbooking but it got boring. Does anybody have any ideas on how to keep myself from being so depressed?
Are you living on base? There's has to be a support group for the wives. You could also call your husband's Chaplain and ask about that. Get involved, start a group if you have to in your own home. Put an ad in the paper and offer some refreshments. You ladies can then take turns meeting at each other's houses. It'll help you to share your pain with others who are going through the same thing. hi im m/14 and i have a few problems that are getting in the way could someone diagnose me with something? i am ALWAYS tired no matter how much i sleep. i have problems getting to sleep but once im asleep ill sleep for as long as i can. i find it extremely difficult to get up in the morning and takes me very long to get up. i always miss breakfast as a result. as well as this, i have cold hands and feet, always thirsty, freqent urination, dry skin and find it hard to put on weight, recently ive been notcing blurred vision and the last few years my grades have been going down quite alot. i find it hard to concentrate in class and i dont really care any more. im always relaxed and slow and only occasionaly im happy. sometimes i get depressed.

Please help if you can... Lately I hate myself. I hate who I am and everything I do. Everyone sees me as a happy person who loves her life, but inside I'm torn apart. I cry nonstop anymore when I'm alone. Everything in my life goes wrong. The one person who I always trusted to love me and like me for me unconditionally(ie MYSELF) ... has given up on me. Yes..I've given up on myself. One of my best friends moved away a few months ago... she never let me know how to get ahold ofher... I just gave her my number and she said she'd called me... haven't heard from her since. Now my absolute best friend is moving. I don't know how I'm going to live without her. She's the only person who has every believed in me. After she leaves I don't know what I'll do. I just feel like killing myself anymore... And I can't even do that right... because I'm so afraid of die ing that i couldn't do it. I have a feeling this is what depression is... which is what my mother suffers from. She just tells me not to tell anyone, because they will just want to give me pills. I told her I was thinking of killing myself and she just said no youren ot... I don't know what to do. What can you do when you start feeling like you're all alone in the world? thank you so much... even for just readin all of this.
Just remember there's people out there who care and want you to be happy. I care or else I wouldn't reply. If you feel you can't go on, go to your local hospital ER and get help. The folks there care too, that's why they are in that business. I really don't know the underlying issues to why you've given up but, seems you feel everything is crashing around you. It's funny how life does that sometimes and you've got little control over situations. My advice to you is to seek professional help ASAP. If your friend is moving, get their new number, address whatever and keep in touch. Try getting out of the house and hanging out somewhere new. There's bound to be folks wanting to hang out and chill. I've suffered from depression for years and trust me there's sometimes nothing anyone can say to "snap" you out of it. There's help if you want it, todays drugs work great! LOL Just remember some folks do care and worry about you.

While leaving school today, As I was pulling out of my parking spot, I hit another kids car. I pulled into the next available parking space, and got out of my car to go talk to the guy whose car I hit. Well he hadn't been in his car when I hit it, but he was walking toward it.. and he gave me a dirty look. Well he got into his car and left before I could even talk to him! I brought my car into the dealership, and they told me my damage was so little that I didn't even have to report it. There was just a little bit of paint chipped off. I know the kids first name whose car I hit... but I don't really know him. I don't know what to do ... He just left! The car dealership people said to just leave it be.. he's the one that left.. it's his fault for leaving. I still feel I should do something about it... First off since he left there's nothing much you can do. However, to protect your butt, you should file a report. Call your local police department, tell them exactly what happened and how the guy just drove off. Also too tell someone with authority at your school. Remember, this is about protecting yourself. You did the right thing. I personally think your car dealership is nuts! If you've got damage then fix it. If you plan on selling the car in the future that chip could effect the price drastically. I know, I use to work at a body shop. Go somewhere else if you have to. Although, if you have insurance and you report it your rates may climb. If the guy left and you can deal with the damage then just cover your butt and let it go. Once had an idiot run a stop sign and clobber me. I made a report even though he left the scene.

Okay so today in school we were working in our groups because we have to create our own political parties and each member of the group had to choose two topics that they wanted to talk about. We went around the group to see what each person's points were, and mine really sucked. In general, sometimes I feel like I don't have basic knowledge of things going on in the United States and just in general. I mean, I know stuff and follow the news from time to time, don't get me wrong here...but I always feel so slow and inferior to everyone else at school, like I don't know anything. How do I overcome this feeling and how do I gain more knowledge?
Just because you blow at one topic doesn't mean you'll flop at another. It just not might be your forte. However, has anyone just come up and said "you suck." Maybe you just think you are doing bad. There's not a darn thing wrong with wanting to be better than what you are already. To gain more knowledge about any subject the power is at your finer tips, literally. The Internet. If you need to research a topic or find out more about a subject, you got it. Wikipedia is a great resource for almost everything.

So I have this job, right? It's at McDonald's. I'm a manager there and they treat me like crap because I complained against another store when I received really bad service and their manager was very rude to me. Ever since, my store has been treating me like I'm a "traitor" and that calling against another store is a "no-no" but I feel I had every right, and when I tell people that, they just get more angry! I really can't take it anymore and I've begun to look for a new job. If I find a new one, it's going to be so hard to quit McDonald's because I'll feel totally guilty, ONLY because I'm a new manager and I JUST finished ALL my training and it took forever, but I just HATE it! I'd say stick with it. Why? Well for one it's the fact. You call it like you see it. If anyone don't like it screw them. It's your 'house', they play by your rules. To quit would show you are week. Not sure how much power you got there but if you have to, get a new crew. Make their lives hell! The only people you really need to worry about is how your employees are doing and your upper management. If your nose is clean and you are running things right, you've got little to worry about. Obviously the uppers respect you and your decisions or else you wouldn't be in management position.

I babysit 3 kids sometimes. The mom loves me, im serious. She buys me things, etc. But, what can I do to get the kids to like me. There are 2 girls and a boy. The boy is 7 and really into the army. The next oldest is a 4 year old. And the baby is 2, and boy does she act like a baby. If you tell her dont do something, like dont touch the lamp, she smile and pretend to touch it. Take the 7 year old and play army with him. He'll love that.
Play a board game or another age appropriate game with the 4 year old such as hide and seek.
The two year old, you can find a toy and show her all the different things it can do or create imaginary things. Such as a ball, show her how you can spin it on the ground or how to toss it. Be creative.
Your best bet to get the kids to like you is to have fun and play with them. They'll associate you with being fun every time you are around them.

Nope, there's really no easy way to do it. I'd tell the dad first and make him get off of his butt and get a job ASAP unless he already has one, then have him ask for more hours and/or overtime. That'll at least show your parents that he is willing to own up and take responsibility. You, you are just going to have to tell them there's no easy way. Let them know your stance on abortion. It's gonna hurt for a bit but after it's all done and said it will be better. I'd also recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible and getting on WIC too.

Baking Soda and hydrogen peroxide.
Not sure of the EXACT mixture but I've used about a teaspoon baking soda mixed with the normal amount of toothpaste and brush as normal. I sometimes use hydrogen peroxide as a rinse too. Use two parts water to one part HP. I think that's it. Just don't swallow and it may turn parts of your mouth white but, that's normal. Also, it really taste nasty.

I started a new job last year. Nobody said hello, made eyecontact or said goodmorning. I figured it was bc I was new. This year, the new employees have made friends with old and new employees. So, its not the new thing. Another employee shares my situation and we talk about it. We wonder if its the hispanic thing but then we see other hispanics get the warm treatment. So, do we just not fit in? or do we work with a bunch of rude people?
Have you tired talking or saying hello yourself? Sometimes jobs have their own clique. I personally wouldn't worry about it too much. There's always life after work. It's my philosophy not to mix business with pleasure. Meaning, I don't care if I fit in at work. Obviously the person who hired you thinks you are right for the job and that's all that matters right now. Just continue to do a good job and don't worry about it. Eventually they'll except you into their clique.
